prosiłem o fakturę zarówno przez aplikację jak i osobiście, dostałem ze złymi danymi mimo wysłania pełnych danych mailem, nikt nie odpisuje po prośbie o poprawę

Woken up each morning by loud cleaners and/or building works. Floor in the room not cleaned. Menu for restaurant was good but ability to deliver it as described not so much.

Op de 6e verdieping zijn bouwwerkzaamheden, wat op de 5e te is.
Handdoekje leggen gebeurt voor 10u, terwijl dat verboden is.

Ei päässyt kertaakaan poolille, kun kaikki aurinkotuolit jatkuvasti varattu.
Osa aamiaistarjoilijoista vei aterimet pois kesken aamiaisen, eikä uusia ollut tarjolla noutopöydässä.

Breakfast was very monotonic. English breakfast in Rhodes is not what we are looking for. More of local cuisine would be amazing to experience as Greek food has a lot to offer.

שהגעתי למלון הופתעתי לגלות שזה מלון ללא ילדים מה שלא הופיע באתר בוקינג בכלל בתור מלון למבוגרים בכלל!!
הם לא היו מוכנים בשום פנים ואופן לקבל אותנו וביקשו מאיתנו למצוא מלון אחר. קיבלתי החזר של 30% מערך המלון

The food can be better its not a first time in Greece I know for a fact that they respect their legacy and food.
Breakfast and dinner need improvement, the variety is not that wide and does not really change from day to day. At the salad bar there is not even dressing or olive oil and lemon juice next to it to make your own dressing you have to go look for it somewhere else, why?
Dinner I did not find anything interesting or special but I tried a meat stew with orzo pasta, it was tasteless without seasoning, bland, cooking without a soul is a shame, it actually looked successful. The dining experience could be improved.
My room was nice and tidy when I came in at first look but when you want to take a shower you don't have door to close it, seems like architecture faulty so the floor was entire wet I had to put a towel to soak up the water every time after use and it took a good few hours to dry. The water system is old you can feel the sand taste of water when you take a shower or brush your teeth.
There is quite a bit of dust in places like the air conditioning unit vent (must be cleaned, it is disgusting and unhealthy to breathe), hanging lamps, and the bathroom areas.
The cleaning staff doesn't knock on the door, they just come in, whether they heard there was music on the other side or not, maybe just out of habit that there will be no people in the room at certain times, procedures must be refined.
I was told that the room was a renovated room, I expected something different. The room is outdated or at least partially, I got a separate bed even though I marked a room with a Queen Size bed or similar and not shared mattress.
I am not petty and I have slept in my life in places that people don't need to sleep in, but I have slept in much better places than this. Improvement is needed, what a shame. Therefore, I will not complain to the staff, I will simply write a review as it is in the hope that they will learn and improve for the next time.

Maistas nepatiko, viskas buvo labai neskanus, mažas daržovių pasirinkimas tebuvo tik agurkai ir pomidorai, visa duona prasto skonio, kepėjas kepantis omletą deja dirbo prastai ir neatsakingai, nemoka iškepti, perkepa, o kitų papildomų ingredientų ne pakepina. Kava neskani, vanduo keisto skonio, lyg iš krano su kanalizacijos kvapu, sultys tik iš aparato pagamintos iš miltelių. Žodžiu labai prastas virtuvės lygis.
