Great place!
Pros:

had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—very close to LA and within walking distance. The community felt safe and peaceful, and check-in was quick and easy.

The host was very accommodating and made sure my needs were taken care of. The house is absolutely charming, with a beautiful garden, and my unit was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.

I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this place to others!

Fantástica estancia en Bayside.
Pros:

Barrio residencial muy tranquilo. Muy bien comunicado por bus y tren con Manhatan y con el aeropuerto JFK. El anfitrión, Charlie, muy amable y atento a todo. La casa muy bonita y acogedora. Cuenta con zona ajardinada y con zona de gimnasio. La mesa en la terraza exterior, un lujazo. Cocina compartida muy amplia y completa. Si quieres huir del tumulto de Manhattan y estar relativamente cerca para acceder cuando quieras, es una gran opción para alojarse. Excepcional ubicación si vas a asistir al US OPEN.

Cons:

Todo ha estado genial. Solo por poner algo, en el caso de estar en la habitación individual, el baño privado lo tienes en la planta inferior aunque no es un gran problema. En el resto de habitaciones está integrado en ellas.

We would stay here again if we are in the area.
Pros:

Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to transportation and nearby dining. Comfortable bed.

Excellent room. Clean.

Cons:

Limited cooking/dining items. (Plates, bowls, etc).
Can’t control temperature of room to personal preference.

10/10, would come back and book again
Pros:

Property was very well maintained and Charlie was extremely friendly to talk to. The bedroom was very clean and the bathroom was spotless and also came with heated floors which added a nice touch.

Cons:

Had temperature problems related to the thermostat at the beginning of my stay but it got taken care of very quickly.

Το στρώμα πολύ αναπαυτικό.
Πολύ κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου πράγμα που κάνει την μετακίνηση παρά πολύ εύκολη.

Pros:

The host was amazing, very friendly, and the neighbourhood was quite safe and Bayside is a beautiful area, this accommodation was only a 20 mins walk to the train station and in under 30 mins you are in Manhattan. Everything was very clean and well kept, especially the bathroom was very nice, would definitely recommend staying here :)

Pros:

我们这次参加纽约马拉松，在这里住了两周。位置非常好，坐火车30分钟就可以到曼哈顿，周边超市餐馆都很近，去法拉盛坐Q13半个小时到。附近沿海的步道景色优美，非常适合跑步。房间的设施也很完备，我们经常使用厨房做饭和洗衣房洗衣，感觉都很方便。房东也非常的友善，帮我们解决了很多问题。

Beautiful, quiet and safe!
Pros:

It’s a beautiful home and the grounds are nicely landscaped. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen, if you plan on cooking. Plenty of private space to visit with friends. I felt very safe in that neighborhood and it wasn’t nearly as congested as Flushing! There was private parking off the street. The host was very nice and responded quickly to messages!

Cons:

I would like to see a mirror in my bedroom and maybe a small trash container in there also. Other than that, I was very pleased with my surroundings.

Hot water pot not working n no paper towel
Dish soap bottle empty sink dirty esp drains
Red plastic cups with 2 small flies landing on our cup as we tried to have breakfast on the island of the kitchen they were flying all around the kitchen area
Coffee bar had no coffee pods near empty sugar no cream and water dispenser was blinking red no water coming out luckily we thought to bring our own bottled drinking water.

It was not luxury
It was not clean
We were locked out from 10 to 11pm because of the system of only 1 key to get into house and locking the house when leaving. We followed instructions leaving key in lockbox but next guests TOOK THE KEY WITH THEM when they went outside so when we arrived we couldn't open the front door and almost drove back to our home out of state. I contacted host. It took an hour to fix the issue.
We were really very upset with the condition of the place and regretted not booking at a hotel instead. Never again!!!!!!

J'ai beaucoup aimé pour l'espace, l'accès à la cuisine et au salon. Le aie bnb est bien situé calme.

Belle grande cuisine et tranquille. Beaucoup d'espace.

Cons:

Malheureusement, la chambre n'est pas très bien insonorisée du son des autres chambres.

Pros:

The house is located in a clean, safe and quiet area, with frequent buses that help you to get to Manhattan. House is equipped with all you need, from kitchen items to bathroom cosmetics. Staying in the single room, you can also enjoy basement facilities with large couch and gym. Charlie is a lovely and caring host who does his best to accommodate your requests. Made the solo trip to US feel like home!
