The electricity yard is measured at check in and check out, and the amount consumed during your stay is calculated.

Overall it was good.
Pros:

The morning shift security guard was the best. The staff was really helpful with anything we needed. The overall place was clean. The decor was exceptional. The apartment was nice and spacious. The location was in close proximity to restaurants and supermarkets.

Cons:

Some of the towels were dirty. The bed sheets had a few stains. A few days we woke up to no water until around 8am. The couch needs to be changed.

Cons:

With the additional tax, vat, cleaning fees, and paying for the electricity for your stay, will double the amount that’s on booking.com

The water smells horrible

Great location, be aware of the additional fees
Pros:

Great location right on the beach. The apartment was huge and would easily accommodate a family stay.

Cons:

With the additional tax, cleaning fees, electricity charge and terrible DOP conversion rate the property use we ended up paying nearly 50% more than the Booking.com rate.
