W łazience wisi kartka z prośbą by nie wyrzucać papieru toaletowego do muszli, natomiast przez 3 dni pobytu nikt nie opróżnił kosza na śmieci w łazience
Brak jakiegokolwiek wyciszenia pokoi - hałas z korytarza budził nas przed 7 rano (stukanie, krzyki, przesuwanie drewnianych krzeseł po kafelkach i inne dziwne hałasy)
Recepcja byla pusta przez połowę pobytu, a inny personel spotkany w hotelu nie mówił po angielsku i nie chciał korzystać z translatora żeby się z nami komunikować - zamiast tego chowali się
Drzwi pokoju mają szybę przez co całą noc świeciło światło wprost na nasze twarze

Das Zimmer war komfortabel und die Rezeption zuvorkommend. Frühstück war in Ordnung und der Preis und Lage waren gut
Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und war laut, da es direkt neben der Küche war.
Very clean, lovely staff and the hotel is in a great location.
Just be aware that it can be quite noisy and that there is very little sound proofing. One night we were woken up by noisy guests coming back late in the corridors and another morning we were woken up at 05:30am by construction outside the window.
Good location and good views after we upgraded to a room with a window.
There was a cockroach infestation in our room. After several attempts to call the hotel as there was no receptionist, we got a text to move ourselves into a room downstairs with no window (we had paid extra for a room with a window). The new room smelt bad and there was a hornet flying around in the room. The following morning when there was finally a receptionist on, we requested a refund and to check out early. We only got a partial refund and we got our clothes washed with the hotel. Clothes came back either shrunk or whites were now grey, like u drove your car over your white clothes. Awful hotel, even the receptionist was playing with a knife while i was trying to discuss a refund!!!

Het bed was heerlijk, kamer was ruim en schoon.
De badkamer was versleten en vol met schimmel.. Dit kan echt nog ruim verbeterd worden.
