Pros:

The location is perfect, the breakfast was wonderful. Plus they have tea every afternoon.

Perfect location and wonderful service in Newport, RI!
Pros:

I loved how charismatic and nostalgic this property felt! We stayed in their 2nd building which is just a 2 minute walk and still right next to the parking lot, which had all day parking for a fee. It was very clean, great air conditioning, clean bathroom with good water pressure, and the hotel had great breakfast AND a snack, which was so kind of them to consider. Many towels available. Great location and close to all the tourist attractions in Newport! I will definitely be staying here again.

Great Inn with historical charm in the center of downtown Newoport, will definitely return!
Pros:

Location was excellent in the center of Newport's downtown area. The staff was there to great us for a late night checkin and were very accommodating. The Inn was so charming and perfect for the historical feel of Newport. Breakfast was a lovely bonus and such a wonderful spread of options! Bed was very comfortable and bathrooms have been really nicely updated. Will definitely be back!

Nothing! It was all great.

Auf das richtige Zimmer achten
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Außenwand des sehr kleinen Balkons war hochgemauert und bemalt mit einem Seeblick. Das Zimmer verfügte daher nicht nur über einen befremdlichen Ausblick, sondern es war auch mangels ausreichendem Tageslicht sehr dunkel. Die Ruhe wurde durch die angrenzende Klimaanlage gestört.

Wonderful hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. Restaurants and fun shops are within walking distance. The hotel is very cozy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, almost anything you can imagine is available. The afternoon tea is suvh a nice treat.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Incredible breakfast (and afternoon tea)- a table full of fruits,pancakes, pastries etc. Wonderful location near the wharves, 5 minute walk to old Trinity Church, restaurants, and trolley or boat tours. Very quiet. An Irish tavern next door.

Cons:

I stayed in a suite on the fourth floor. It is a one bedroom with a pullout couch. I don't understand why you don't make it a two bedroom. The pullout is so uncomfortable to sleep on! Please put a queen size bed in that room.
