Located in the middle of the town, beautifully restored, old type of hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and beautifully presented. It was a real treat.

Great location, on a salty price
Pros:

The location was amazing, everything was around the corner. Very clean, breakfast was good, lots of fruit.

Cons:

The room was not comfortable. The sofa was very worn off, uncomfortable to sleep, no one can sleep on such an uncomfortable bed. We did not have an option.

Worth another visit!
Pros:

Really nice old building, right in downtown Newport, next to the historic district. Continental breakfast and afternoon tea are served every day

A lovely find
Pros:

Such a cute place, clean and friendly. The location was perfect. Breakfast was fine. Lots of fresh fruit.

Pros:

Breakfast was great! The location was ideal - just far away from the crowds but a quick walk from everything amazing. Room was comfortable and large!

Not a pleasant stay
Pros:

The only thing is the location

Cons:

This is definitely not a 4 star venue. It is an old place, it is not quality versus price. A complete disappointment, saw the reviews and thought it was gonna be a beautiful place. However, it was very old, everything was disappointing. I must say that the breakfast was very complete though and the staff were OK as well. Would not recommend.

Perfect location and excellent service!
Pros:

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of town and within walking distance to everything. Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was much more than continental.
