Não vale a diária de R$ 489,00 que pagamos.
Pros:

A localização é boa, o café da manhã é bom, os funcionários são gentis, porém, visivelmente não tem estrutura para atendimento de alta demanda, como foi o caso na data em que nos hospedamos.

Cons:

Em um apartamento para duas pessoas, tinha só uma toalha, pedimos outra pelo interfone, o recepcionista informou que quando tivesse tempo, levaria.... ele não teve tempo, tivemos de buscar na recepção.
O banheiro alaga inteiro. Nos hospedamos por duas diárias, ao sair no segundo dia, não encontramos a tarjeta para deixar na porta pedindo limpeza, mas como o banheiro estava insalubre e molhando o quarto inteiro, pedimos que a habitação fosse higienizada, informando na recepção o estado. Ao chegarmos no final da tarde, estava tudo do mesmo jeito, o banheiro todo alagado, o tapete do chão encharcado, terrível. Reclamamos e ninguém providenciou a limpeza, impondo outro pernoite naquelas condições.
Pior é que não existe uma política de compensação pela má prestação no serviço, apesar de ser informado ao hotel.

Pros:

L'hotel è posizionato in una location piacevole a due passi dalle principali spiagge, centri commerciali e ristoranti. La connessione ad internet è stabile e veloce. Letto confortevole e bagno in camera confortevole ma basico.

Cons:

Il personal delle reception è stato molto accogliente la notte del mio arrivo. Nei giorni successivi è stato impossibile trovare qualcuno che parlasse inglese o italiano alla reception stessa. Durante il soggiorno ho richiesto una coperta a causa del freddo nella stanza ma mi è stato risposto che erano terminate. Nel corso del soggiorno per ben 24 ore sono stato impossibilitato ad utilizzare le prese elettriche per la ricarica di computer e cellulari. Uno dei 2 ascensori era spesso rotto benché non vi fossero segnali che lo indicassero. I corridoi dell'hotel non sono climatizzati. Il buffet della colazione misero e spesso tovagliette e posate presentavamo macchie di unto come anche i vetri e le porte a vetri della sala ristorante. La piscina e l'area piscina trascurate. A distanza di oltre 2 settimane sono in attesa di ricevere la ricevuta di pagamento del mio soggiorno. L'hotel non risponde ne ai messaggi nella chat ne alla ripetute emails di richiesta.
