Please note that passengers entering Terminal 2 from Mumbai city can access the hotel 24 hours prior to the flight departure.

Not worth the price for what you receive. If you have time choose a nearby hotel.
Pros:

Very good location. Quiet area for resting. Walking distance to nice restaurants.

Cons:

The hotel needs maintenance. The room was dated and not clean. It did not have all the amenitities in the room on arrival- we had to request for them. The linen was worn out and torn. The mattress was also worn out. I've paid a lower rate for 5 star hotels near the airport for a full day whereas this hotel charged for a full day when we only stayed for 7 hours and it was much more expensive than expected. I was therefore very disappointed.

The location was the most convenient. All other amenities were so-so
Pros:

Location. Ease of booking. Flexibility with checkout timings.

Cons:

AC temperature control was not working properly. The room was freezing. Countertops were not clean. No hot breakfast before 6:30am. No hooks by the sink for the face towel. No face wash product.

Very convenient location, comfortable room and friendly staff.
Pros:

I loved that the hotel was in the airport, so no hassle to travel away from the airport and it was great to get to the airport in perfect time to check-in

Cons:

The door to the room seemed to be paper thin, lots of noise from outside in the hallway was heard in the room. Possibly insulate the door. And possibly develop more detailed and accurate instructions to get to the hotel from the arrival level and how to get to the departure level. Don't use phrases like "P4" because there is no P4 button in the elevator.
