Cons:

La comida, siempre es lo mismo, si reservas en los restaurantes no te atienden bien, bordes, además entra en el todo incluido y no te dejan repetir, les molesta que pidas más bebida y muy lentos.
Lo mejor las chicas que limpian super majas.

Cons:

A porta era difícil de abrir, o colchão não é confortável. A noite havia muitos hóspedes a fazer barulho até de madrugada. Ao final do dia não havia água quente no chaveiro.

Pros:

A localização, em frente à praia. As refeições eram de boa qualidade, mas com pouca variedade. A piscina com poucas espreguiçadeiras e todas elas ocupadas com toalhas e nenhuma vigilância. Copos a boiar na piscina.

A nossa experiência no Muthu Clube Praia da Oura ficou muito aquém das expectativas.
Desde o check-in houve alguma confusão na receção e pouca simpatia por parte da equipa. Infelizmente, os problemas continuaram durante toda a estadia.
O elevador apresentou várias falhas, chegando a não abrir em determinados pisos, o que causou bastante desconforto e preocupação. No quarto, a maçaneta da casa de banho estava avariada, a televisão funcionava mal e, sempre que era desligada, muitas vezes deixava de ligar, sendo necessária a intervenção do técnico.
O maior problema foi, sem dúvida, o ar condicionado. O quarto estava muito exposto ao sol e o sistema existente não funcionava adequadamente, tornando o quarto extremamente quente e desconfortável. Apesar das inúmeras reclamações e de várias intervenções técnicas (cerca de 6 a 7 vezes em apenas 3 dias), a situação nunca foi verdadeiramente resolvida. Como solução, foram disponibilizados aparelhos de ar condicionado portáteis, que não correspondem às condições esperadas nem anunciadas.
O mais frustrante foi a necessidade constante de contactar a receção para resolver problemas que deveriam ter sido solucionados logo na primeira intervenção.
