Pros:

As always filipino hospitality is most agreeable, but service standards vary.
We ate in the breakfast room, which was very busy, but plenty of staff. One morning there was a short delay in sitting us. We asked for a table with a view, which we received, nice. One morning, having ordered coffee it didn't arrive, so some small lapses, but no big deal,

Cons:

The waiting staff in the Lobby cafe could be more attentive. Often they are facing the wrong way, waiting to be served by the barman who might be taking his time due to being busy, or just chatting with the barman, meaning they cannot see their customers even if the customer is trying to attract their attention. We also noted that waiting staff would deliver an order to the table, but then return to the bar empty-handed without any awareness so they just pass a table that needed clearing. We had a feeling that the customers were not their priority. Better training, please.
The room: the toilet constantly ran water, making a little bit of noise during the night. One day the room attendant failed to leave hand towels. so again, small things: lack of attention to detail or training.

Es war sehr Luxuriös, sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zu vor kommend.

The hotel was busy but welcoming, and we were lucky to have the pool almost entirely to ourselves on a Saturday. 🤗
