Pros:

A više manje sve ok.

Cons:

Dosta stvari u sobama je razbijeno. Na prvi pogled sve izgleda solidno ali onda vidiš da je kada puknuta, umivaonik dotrajao, krevet razvaljen.. sve i dalje funkcionalno ali potrebna renovacija.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Kein Klopapier, verdreckte Toilette, abgenutzte/kaputte Möbel, Flecken auf dem Sofa und auf dem Schreibtisch. Insgesamt einen nicht sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck gemacht.

Overall this hotel delivers on facilities
Pros:

The facilities at the hotel are first class (except the restaurant for evening dining). The saunas, spa, pool, massages (paid for but well priced) are exceptional and clean. The rooms are spacious and on the whole well maintained. Small signs of wear and tear in areas but nothing that spoils the stay or comfort. The large king size bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all pleasant and helpful especially Mido who supported breakfast he was exceptionally helpful, polite and a joy to see every morning. Thanks Mido ❤️

Cons:

Tried the restaurant for an evening meal on the first night of the stay. The food was poorly presented (like warm), very overcooked. This needs addressing urgently, a hotel of this calibre should be able to prepare, present and deliver a decent dining experience .
