no return to the hotel again
Cons:

it is under my expectation because of many things like:
no drinking water for tea or coffee as normal five star hotels
the flush buttons were not fixed well
if not requested i was about to handle my luggage my self to my room
the lighting envitonment is saddy due to dim colors used interiorly

كانت تجربة مميزة من جميع النواحي الفندق يوجد به العديد من المرافق مثل مسابح داخلية و خارجية و ايضا منطقة لعب للاطفال بمبلغ رمزي و قرب الفندق المول و منظقة اليجا سنتر يعني كله بالمشي

Pros:

Generally on the level. They do can fit 2 adults and 3 kids to a triple room - each with a place to sleep.
Parking ticket is to be scanned on reception to exit, so parking is free. Finding a spot to park may be complicated.
Breakfast, dinner buffet is ok as well.

Cons:

The spa area is a bit used.

Pros:

Möjligheten för barn och bad va bra. Det fanns att göra och aktiviteter samt kindergarden👍
Restaurangen får en stor 1, buffen var inte av bästa kvaliteten och inte mycket till val.
Personalen i restaurangen var hjälpsamma och trevliga, men personal vid ingång till restaurangen som stämplar typ in var OTREVLIGA till max.
Vi gillade även Baren i anslutning till hotellet, där va service på nivå, kiparna va SUPER duktiga och trevliga👏👏👏

Cons:

Det vi inte gillade, man prioriterar fotbollsteamet U19 damlag ”EM” träningsmatcher, men ”vanliga” gäster satte dem i ett litet rum med få bord, för frukust. Vår dotter med LIVSHOTANDE allergi fick sitta enligt personalen, vid samma bord som andra gäster, där man åt hasselnöt”Nutella” jordnötter” kakor” detta var inte något vi ville acceptera, verken för dem gäster som ville familjärt sitta och njuta av sin frukust, dem ska inte behöva begränsas, eller vi som inte ville ha semester och frukust med andra människor, eller vår dotters del.
Detta sa vi till, men vi uppfattade att denna tjej vid dörr som tar emot gäster INTE uppfattade allvaret och var oerhört otrevligt mot oss.
Vi blev i princip utskällda, och skulle sätta oss i de lilla rummet med andra vid samma bord.
Efter om och män kom en fantastisk kipare fram och hjälpte oss, där vi fick eget bord och kunde änklingen börja äta vår frukust..
Sängarna var hårda, jätte obekväma och kuddarna hårda och höga
Solstolar kostade: fast det är i anslutning till hotellet och man bokar för bad, detta var vårt syfte och det står att det ingår men extra service kostar; ex massage osv

الموقع قريب من المطار بحيث يساعد على الارتياح وسهولة الذهاب او المغادرة

مكان قريب من المطار ونظيف والفطور لاباس لكن اشوف أصناف البيض مكرره لكن يعيبه الدخول والخروج قروشه لان فيه قاعه أفراح والعب مائيه ودورات المياه ما فيها شطاف مويه والمكيف عندهم للأسف غير بارد كلمناهم يقولون هذا التبريد حقنا لدرجة إنك اذا قمت من النوم تصحى معرق وانتم بكرامه
