Pros:

The hospital reception staff were excellent professional, welcoming, and very helpful.

However, the customer service at the pool entrance could be improved. The staff member appeared unsure of the check-in process and did not provide any guidance. We were sent into the pool area without being offered towels or given any instructions. When we returned and asked why towels had not been provided, she was unable to answer or assist us.

Additionally, as this is a hotel, guests should be able to pay with major credit cards. Not accepting credit cards is inconvenient and falls below the level of service most guests would expect.

Galama. Neki gost( ne zelim da pisem iz koje zemlje) neznaju da se ponasaju, vicu, lupaju vratima do pola 3 ujutru, misle da su u svojoj zemlji. U svojoj zemji sigurno imaju sluge pa misle da i ovdje mogu da rade sta zele.Bezobrazni su prema osoblju. Namjestaj nije bas nov, nebi stetiolo da se promijeni i da se izvade tepisoni. Onrustig, sober, geen vriendelijk personeel.
Cons:

Het hotel oogt sober, zowel binnen als buiten. Het hotel zelf is bij binnenkomst net een markthal. De drukte van niet-hotelgasten die in en uitlopen en de winkeltjes passen niet bij een vijf-sterren hotel. Hetzelfde geldt voor het personeel. Een glimlach is teveel gevraagd. Sterker nog, we hebben een receptioniste tekeer zien gaan tegen een hotelgast. Hetgeen van onprofessioneel gedrag getuigd. Daarnaast mag heel Sarejovo (wel tegen betaling) gebruikmaken van het zwembad. Wat voor een onrustige en onveilige sfeer bij hotelgasten zorgt. Daarnaast moesten we ook nog elke dag voor een bedje en parasol betalen. Een bedje is vijf euro en een parasol ook. Je mag je daarna installeren op stoeptegels met als uitzicht een gigantisch parkeerterrein en vliegtuigen die langs je voorbij vliegen. Absoluut niet comfortabel! En er zit schimmel bij het kinderbedje. Dit alles bij elkaar was niet eens de helft van de prijs waard van wat er wordt gevraagd per nacht.

Overordnet godt ophold, men mange småting ser lidt bliver en torn i øjet.
Pros:

Omgivelserne og mulighederne for at benytte badelandet.

Cons:

Det hele var meget slidt. På vores værelse var toiletrulleholderen i stykker, udtræksspejlet på væggen sad næsten ikke fast og døren ud skulle have et ordentlig ryk for at lukke ordentlig. Der var beskidt på gangene og trapperne. Der var utrolig meget larm i restauranten.
Der var rygning forbudt på områder af hotellet, men dette blev på ingen måde overholdt og ikke påtalt af personalet, hvis nogen brød påbuddet.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hostel, mit allem was zur Entspannung gehört, Pool, Sauna, Restaurants, Spielplatz für Kinder und schöne größe Hotelzimmer, , dazu gehört Parkplatz, in 15 Min. erreicht man Sarajevo-Altstadt mit Auto. Also absolut empfohlen.
