Pleasant stay for young families with most things available
Pros:

The resort was conveniently located near the airport and contained most of amenities such as waterpark, spa etc. Rooms are spacious and bed was comfortable. Really good spot to plane spot if you are into that as you can see the runway from the hotel balcony. Team members are friendly and most speak English.

Cons:

The buffet dinner is very expensive for the food type and quality. As most things in the country it is a bit rough around the edges such as the tap in the bathroom was loose. A cable in the cupboard was just hanging out from the rail. Door handle to the room was loose. Balcony door was double glazed but you can still hear a lot of noise from outside. The wave pool was closed throughout our visit as it needed cleaning which was scheduled for the middle of June? Really annoying because nothing was communicated regarding this. Also, the pirate ship in the play area was closed and I raised the request with the team and the next day they turned it on, which was appreciated.

Pros:

De accommodatie is dicht bij het vliegveld. We kwamen om een overnachting te pakken omdat we de volgende dag op tijd moesten vliegen. Personeel aan de receptie was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt had ruim voldoende keus maar de kwaliteit van koffie tot yoghurt was niet echt goed. Vogels die door de zaal heen vliegen en ook bij het eten zitten…

Het zwembad was ooit waarschijnlijk mooi maar nu zijn alle voegen uitgesleten en vies.

In Bosnië lijkt het wel zodra iets is opgeleverd dat het het begin van het verval is. Schimmel in de douche op de kitranden. Gewoon allemaal net niet.

No where near a 5 star hotel. 3 star hotel at MAX

The room size was big
A lot of swimming pools
The tuck shop prices where not as bad as other hotel tuck shops
House keeping staff were polite

Reception staff were rude

The hotel doesnt provide an iron so you have to use the ironing service which comes at a cost, the ironing service ruined 2 of my clothes and the rest of the my clothing 7/8 pieces were still creased when i got them back.

I was accused of taking 2 waters and a chocolate from the mini bar when in fact this wasnt even re stocked for the day we checked in....

We took 2 fantas and told them we did.

Hotel room was clean and big but really run down, mold in between seals in the bathroom and the headboard was flaking away.

I went with my wife and they gave us two Single size blankets for a double bed!!!

When i requested for a larger blanket i had to wait really long and when it came it smelt of cigarettes...

Breakfast is not good at all, no good selection and everything was cold, after 2 days we stopped going down for breakfast!!!!

THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL, IT IS AT MAX A 3 STAR HOTEL AND THAT IS THE ABSOLUTE MAX!!!!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL

Kann diese Hotel nur sehr empfehlen - würde es bei einer erneuten Reise wieder buchen
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut - große Auswahl
Wassertemperatur des Wasser / Indoor und Outdoorpools / sehr angenehm.
Großer Parkplatz - mit Schranke abgesichert - Parkgebühren werden vom Hotel übernommen

Pros:

Resort style accommodation sauna and pools were well used by us. Buffet breakfast had great selection. beds were comfortable and easy to request kids bed in the one room and didnt charge us. Location was close to most things cheap taxi into old town. Walking distance to bosna spring horse carts also close to shops and restaurants

Prvenstveno,docek osoblja na recepciji,vise nego razocarana.Ovo je hotel sa 5 zvjezdica,tako trebaju i da se ponasaju.Uopste ne reaguju na predocene nedostatke u sobi.To nije prihvatljivo za hotel od 3 zvjezdice ,a ne od 5.Uopste mi nije jasno kako ovaj hotel ima tu kategoriju🥹Vjerovatno ima tu i usluznih zaposlenih,nasmijanih,ali mi nismo bili takve srece.
