Pros:

Rooms were clean, tidy, and uncluttered! Bed was very comfy! Even though I think there is no reception (from what I’ve noticed), service via text/whatsapp is reliable and fast! Will absolutely stay here again!!!! There is also a bakery just down stairs and everytime you walk in and out of the building it smells very good!

Cons:

No reception or service desk … BUT… like I mentioned earlier, the responses to my questions and concerns through text were very fast and helpful!

Cons:

The location is not that good and the neighborhood is not welcoming
No one welcome you or gives you details and the only thing was texting me about the payment.
Luckily we were staying just for one night

Verouderd gebouw, slechte hygiëne, slecht ontvangst en oplichterij.
Cons:

Deluxe appartement is NIET geschikt voor 4 personen!! Het zetelbed is een gewone zetel die geschikt is voor slechts 1 persoon. Verder liepen er ook kakerlakken rond, dit zowel in het deluxe appartement als in de junior suite. Slecht onthaal. Gebouw zelf is ook sterk verouderd. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug.

Pros:

Nice design inside of the apartment.

Cons:

Its not a hotel, but an apartment in a weird building. The AC didt work properly. Location is not the best, taxi will never find you.

This is not a hotel! It is an apartment which is very hard to find, the building itself is absolutely filthy and horrible, apartment is very hot and if you turn the AC on, it only works in full power. So, you will either by very hot or freeze.
We were 4 people but there was a bed made only for two. We had to make the sofa ourselves and two of us slept there. It was extremely uncomfortable.
The worst of it all was when we woke up in the morning after a hot night, the water was cut off. So, we couldn’t even use the bathroom let alone take a shower.
Probably the worst stay of my life.

Très agréable tout à proximité , station taxi, pharmacie ,pizzaria etc
Pros:

La chambre d’hôtel était parfaite rien à dire, la dame qui s’est occuper du paiement et du ménage était très gentille .

Cons:

L’hôtel est dur à trouver.
C’est dans la rue entre le « 4R colombo hôtel » et le « Eurostar Hôtel ». Il se situe à côté d’une supérette dans un petit passage.

Es war sauber und die Reinigungskräfte freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück besser nicht buchen. Jeden Morgen gibt es das gleiche Frühstück und nur ein Getränk dazu, auch wenn das ein Espresso ist. Der Kellner ist wenig bemüht. An einem Tag brachte er mir einen Tee, den ich nicht mochte und als ich um einen anderen bat, war die Reaktion sinngemäß "Pech gehabt". Unten gibt es einen Bäcker und Supermarkt, wo man sich günstig und einfach selbst versorgen kann. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr spartanisch (nirgendwo Haken, keine Nachttischlampen, ein Kleiderbügel...).
