worst hotel ever. Everything on booking about it is not true. You should not list this hotel to protect customers.
Cons:

Power outages and internet outages. No hot water. You have to ask at reception, and after 15–20 minutes there’s about a 50% chance you’ll get some hot water—otherwise, nothing. At night, rats run and scratch inside the walls. The breakfast is a bad joke. At reception, it’s mostly security guards rotating, and I constantly have to explain that I’m a guest and that the woman with me is my wife.

I understand that standards in India may be different, but this hotel presents itself as a 4-star property? Absolute scam.
