Noise and the costumer service
Pros:

Cons:

At around 2:30 a.m., there was extremely loud noise coming from the room above us. It sounded like someone was vacuuming or doing housekeeping in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep. I went downstairs to speak with someone at the front desk, but there was no one available to help or address the situation. It was very frustrating, and the lack of overnight assistance made the experience even more disappointing. I have a video to show this problem.

1st time there but loved it and will return soon

How nice the staff was, it was clean and quiet. And the views from the sun deck and pool were beautiful

There for a funeral. Didn’t want noisy kids running down hallways or need extra fluff. Rate was great for a clean bed.
Pros:

Good rate. Was there for quick personal reasons, so the clean comfortable bed and low rate was what we were looking for.

Cons:

It is a bit tired despite attempts to update, but again, it didn’t smell, and it was clean, so since I wasn’t charged $200 for the night, those little things don’t matter. Free breakfast, parking…would stay again.

The beds were comfortable and the pool area was clean. Breakfast area was decent size.

Cons:

You have to request for the towels and sheets to be changed, and the breakfast options are limited. The juice dispenser was out of order. The bathroom was tiny
