Our bed sheets had stains on them. The bathtub drain wouldn’t drain completely. Our key cards for our room didn’t work
The staff was very kind and the attached restaurant was delicious.
The location is also about 20 mins from Wisconsin dells area
1)When i checked in my microwave had a half eaten burger from Kwisk, some gas station in the area.
2) The shower curtain was faded and dirty, looking
3) The hotel does not have central air on AC units
4) The smart TV and room wifi functions didn't work.
5) The pool is small, and parents don't do well controlling their children.
6) The exercise room and equipment are very unclean. The ac didn't work in it, and the water cooler had no water. The treadmill is a death trap. My elderlqy mother fell and injured herself pretty badly because it sped up out of NO WHERE while she was walking. I had to catch and grab her to prevent it from being more serious. They didn't even have copies of injury reports for us to fill out, so she had to write it on computer paper, sign, and date it.
7) The location has nothing around it to do other than a few restaurants that are mediocre.
8) The jacuzzi was very old looking and unkempt.
Close to where we were going and conveinent for stores
The first night wasn't good we couldn't get extra towels for the amount of people we had and the deck area was dirty the 3 days we stayed there no one bothered to clean it
There was a cigarette smoking area just outside our room and the smell of cigarettes was foul.
Breakfast was good but no fresh fruit
Pool big disappointment. Pool was three feet deep at shallow end. I had a 4 and 6 year old who couldn't use the pool. The chemical smell was a bit much and some people used all the pool towels and the pool are was messy. Bathroom was very small where toilet and tub were. How would a larger guest fit.
Nothing
At around 2:30 a.m., there was extremely loud noise coming from the room above us. It sounded like someone was vacuuming or doing housekeeping in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep. I went downstairs to speak with someone at the front desk, but there was no one available to help or address the situation. It was very frustrating, and the lack of overnight assistance made the experience even more disappointing. I have a video to show this problem.

Nice staff, good breakfast, nice location with ALDI next to it. Affordable, considering what it provides.
The bed is a little bit soft.
