Great location and good room/bed /bathroom quality
The car parking situation was appalling as had to find a park (which is near impossible) to go in and get the 1 tag available to allow you entry to the car park then had to repeat the same process to get out. The process should be flagged prior to taking peoples money for parking as it is not worth the effort and would have preferred to go to a regular parking station
Location, the decor, the access the lift/stairs. The timber floor boards, bathroom, shower. The linen & towels, crisp and clean.
The pillow selection good, though we would like maybe a firmer one added for choice.
The funky styling and furnishings, the location and very helpful staff.
Parking arrangements and roof bar not open.

Location
Aircon didn’t work, asked for a new room as it was freezing, second room had dried vomit stains on the carpet. They also charged my card a second time for the full amount, due to switching rooms. This was not refunded until we checked out.
Love the location, beautiful rooms and facilities and friendly staff. Delicious room service breaky!!
