Fabulous - we stayed for 2 nights and decided to stay in the 2nd night to enjoy our comfy room!
Pros:

Very comfy bed and fabulous ambience in the hotel

Cons:

We weren’t told on arrival how far away the carpark was - so we had to carry all our luggage (and we had a lot) all the way from the carpark back to the lobby. It was really difficult because we had outfits for all weather conditions. The receptionist apologised but I was frustrated and annnoyed at why she simply didn’t suggest we get the luggage out of the car fist?? There were cars parked out the front for over 15 minutes and we had to double park which was pretty annoying as well - but not the fault of the hotel. Also - breakfast was cold - but nice - we didn’t want to complain because the staff in the restaurant were so nice.

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel very unique and artsy everything was beautiful decorated, the rooftop area was very nice also. I thought the book in the lobby to write down your story was a wonderful concept I really enjoyed reading what everyone wrote and seeing the pictures.

Funky very well located hotel
Pros:

Large rooms with good facilities toilet, bath and shower. Open plan. Fantastic location. Easy access around property with or without room key. Close to central station and buses. Really help staff.

Cons:

Property is showing its age with carpet in places needing a good wash or replacement and walls needing a patch and paint. Mosquito's in the bar. Pretty slow breakfast service. Windows need a good clean. Pool area needs a paint and removal of cushions covered in stains. Chairs with worn out arm rests repaired.

Pros:

Transformation from old factory excellent.
Positive response from reception for room change much appreciated.
Spice Alley alongside hotel great.

Always have liked the old clare, the rooms, common areas, feel / vibe and the location
Pros:

Area is great, staff are friendly, facilities while getting a bit old and tired and great.

Cons:

the place needs divots in walls filled and repainted, the pool area needs a complete spruce up incl replacement of the stain covered pillows, the carpets in common areas washed or replaced etc

Cons:

Rooms were not the cleanest, stains and marks on the walls and floors. One of our parties beds had ants in it. No complementary water or toiletries (toothbrush)

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte alles schnell erreichen. Es handelt sich um ein sehr stylisches Hotel. Die Größe des Zimmers war top und auch die Ausstattung hat mich überzeugt.

Cons:

- Der Bezug der Bettdecke hat sich oft gelöst und die Decke darunter war nicht komplett sauber.
- Der Pool war nicht warm genug.
- Die Poolbar hatte am Freitagabend bereits um 20:00 Uhr geschlossen.
- Ich hatte der Rezeption mehrmals mitgeteilt, dass das W-Lan im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Bis zum Ende des Aufenthaltes wurde das Problem nicht behoben.
- Dadurch dass ich das Housekeeping nicht genutzt hatte, hätten 10$ pro Tag von der Gesamtrechnung abgezogen werden müssen. Obwohl ich das gesagt hatte, wurde dies bei der Gesamtrechnung nicht berücksichtigt. Auf Nachfrage und erneutem Hinweis wurde der Fehler behoben, aber eine Entschuldigung oder ein Getränk etc. gab es nicht. Da erwarte ich von einem 5 Sternehotel einen besseren Service.
