La atención de su personal, super agradables, el edificio, las vistas al Chachani y la ciudad desde la terraza, sin olvidar la fabulosa ducha de agua caliente.

Muy buen hospedaje, quedé muy conforme por la calidad precio. Desde la terraza tiene una linda vista, el personal es muy amable y los dormitorios son confortables. La ubicación es muy conveniente a cinco minutos a pie estás en la plaza de armas y es muy fácil acceder.
Cama amplia y desayuno completo. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas dursnte los tours.
Las habitaciones estan muy mal aisladas y se oye todo a traves de las ventanas, parece que esten abiertas. La chicha de la limpieza se ponia musica para a limpiar las habitaciones super temprano sin pensar en que hay húespedes y nos despertaba.

It's exact same as the photos. Cozy comfy vibe and well-organized.
The terrace area is legit. No need to go for other rooftop cafes. You can see all the mountain views in the terrace.
Right next is a club. So it gets noisy on the friday, weekend nights.
But once you fell asleep at least it doesn't wake you.
Está bien ubicado, se puede ir a pie a la plaza, museos, etc
La bulla…. El timbre suena cada momento, al costado hay una discoteca y hace bulla hasta las 4 am, no pude dormir dos noches y cuando pregunté me dijeron, es siempre!
Por otro lado, no me gustó sus toallas, estaban limpias, pero percudidas …

Le personnel sympathique mais peu aidant, et surtout le bruit insupportable de la boîte de nuit à côté les vendredis et samedis jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. À éviter à tout prix ces jours-là !!

El personal en general. L'esmorzar és molt poca cosa. Únicament un trosset de formatge per cadascun, un trosset de pernil, una mica de mantega, un trosset de pa...

On entend beaucoup tout le bruit des parties communes + le bruit du bar d’à côté (mais seulement le we).
Excelente ubicación, aunque por la noche puede ser un poco ruidoso, algo lógico por estar en el centro de la ciudad, a dos cuadras de la plaza principal y con todo al alcance. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda.
Por decir algo, el desayuno se queda un poco corto, no tiene muchas opciones. En general y por el precio, fue una muy buena estancia.
wonderful location in arequipa, breakfast was lovely. Rooms were really nice and comfortable. The host was really nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here, would deffo recommend.
