Хороший номер, отличная кровать, нормальная еда,уборка ежедневно , полотенце, постельное белоснежные.
Спасибо, администратору Sophie помогла организовать поездку и билеты на достопримечательность "Золотой мост" ответила на все вопросы.
Один момент прибывания огорчил. В душе на потолке черное пятно (грибок) это огромный минус.

One bad experience with a room cleaner

Can improve their breakfast options as they have few options.
Really kind doorman, room cleaning was consistent and done well.
We did NOT know that the hotel has a “massage” parlour in the building and we had several men advertising this place to us in the middle of the night when we would come back later. The gym was also on the same floor but i could not bring myself to go knowing this was going on there too.
Ontop of this, they explained well the consequences of smoking in the rooms, and once we got to our room it reeked of cigarettes to a nauseating degree. Thankfully they immediately gave us a new key once we complained.
The fan light is remote controlled, and would randomly turn on and off in the middle of the night without us touching the remote, and we got woken up because of this several times.
It was good
Breakfast was wonderful.
