Mỗi năm tôi nghỉ trên 100 ks (đặt qua Booking) nhưng kỳ nghỉ ở ks này tại Đà Nẵng là thất vọng nhất
Cons:

Tôi ở căn hộ 2 phòng ngủ gần 7 tr 2 đêm cho 4 người, chúng tôi không hài lòng những điều sau (có nhắc nhưng ks không khắc phục):
1/ 4 người nhưng chỉ có 2 ly để uống nước trà (pha cà phê).
2/ 1 phòng khách và 2 phòng ngủ không có thùng đựng rác nào.
3/ Tôi mở cửa phòng ra ban công thì gãy tay nắm cửa dù lực mở nhẹ, tôi xem thì thấy tay nắm cửa có dấu hiệu bị hư hỏng trước đó nhưng quản lý và nv ks khăng khăng là do tôi làm, sau khi thống nhất hẹn từ 10h30 đến 11h15 ngày hôm sau ks kêu thợ khoá đến mở khóa 2 cửa ban công để đối chiếu (có dán keo dán sắt..) không, nhưng khi chúng tôi về đến ks trước 10h30 thì ks đã cho người thay tay nắm cửa và yêu cầu tôi phải đền tiền thay khoá mới là 650 ngàn đồng. Số tiền không lớn so với quy mô ks nhưng tôi thấy ks xử lý không chuyên nghiệp, ép khách hàng trả toàn bộ tiền cho những hư hỏng do sự xuống cấp trong quá trình sử dụng trước đó (tôi có chụp hình những mảng tường bị bong tróc ố vàng trong phòng) và cách ứng xử của 1 bộ phận nhân viên thiếu hiểu biết và tôn trọng khách hàng.

Phòng tiện nghi cũ, nhà vệ sinh tệ, mùi hôi nồng nặc từ cống bốc lên. chất lượng bữa sáng tệ, 9h30 kết thúc h ăn sáng 9h lên thấy quầy đồ ăn k còn gì. 9.20 nhân viên dọn dẹp kéo kèm cửa ( thiếu tôn trọng khách hàng).
