Phòng hôi mùi thuốc lá cực kì khủng khiếp, nhận viên lên xử lý 2 lần không hết vẫn rất hôi.Máy lạnh chảy nước kêu trong phòng, máy lạnh nóng ở trong phòng mà đổ mồ hôi, kêu dữ quá cuối cùng rớt cục đá từ trong ra và tắt luôn; nhân viên gọi kêu là chưa có kĩ thuật sửa vui lòng đợi tới chiều. Máy sấy cháy, nhân viên lên đổi máy sấy khác trong đó có con dán (quá đáng sợ). Tủ lạnh không lạnh, không thêm nước trong phòng ngày 2, xuống ăn sáng xin miếng đá bỏ vào chai bắt khách đổ ra lại và nói " đá tụi em phải mua" ( có đáng như vậy với khách vì mấy cục đá không?). Nhà hàng đồ ăn lạnh ơi là lạnh bánh mì khô khốc. Cuối cùng nhân viên không xin lỗi, kêu late check out đòi charge phí. Xử lý kém vô cùng. Không bao giờ quay lại. Trong những trường hợp này không có 1 lời xin lỗi, không đền tiền cho khách, không gì luôn, bỏ tiền ra mà trải nghiệm kém quá kém.

Good rooms, disappointed with overall experience.
Pros:

Space and facilities in the apartment.

Cons:

Staff not particularly friendly.
Breakfast was average.
Towels had holes in them.
Bathrooms not that clean.
Gym very basic / limited equipment- no air con.
Being accused of stealing towels at check-out. Staff need to learn to count properly!

Nhân viên khốn nạn, out phòng báo mất 3 cái khăn, tôi cho con tôi lên tìm thì báo lại mất 1.
Thủ tục check out quá lâu, xong k trả tôi căn cước. đến khi tôi nhớ ra và cho địa chỉ để ship căn cước về thì 19 ngày nay tôi chưa nhận được, nhắn tin hỏi lại nhân viên thì nhân viên không rep tin

Lo único positivo es la habitación del hotel por tamaño, pero el olor era horrible.

Es el peor hotel en el que he estado en toda mi vida.
Primero me dicen que tengo que pagar en efectivo, si no me cobran una comisión del 7%. Vale. Le digo que voy a sacar dinero y me dice que tengo que dejarle mi pasaporte. ¿Desde cuando se deja el pasaporte? Es mi primera vez que me lo piden por ir a sacar dinero, ni que no volviese por mis maletas. Absurdo.
El desayuno era tan horrible, que tuvimos que desayunar fuera. Lo único que tienen son noodles, y su comida (que me parece bien), pero nada de cereales, que nunca los pusieron ( y los pedí), ni tostadas, ni croissant, zumo caliente, tampoco había leche. Vamos a huevos estuvimos, hasta que decidimos desayunar fuera.
Les di para la colada, y me vino ropa sucia, más pequeña y tal como la cogieron la metieron en una bolsa, es decir, arrugada. Y tampoco tenían para dejarme plancha. ¡Qué desastre!.
La atención al cliente pésima, a la limpiadora le pedí papel higiénico y vaya mirada, supongo que no hablaba bien de mi mientras me daba dos rollos.
Y luego, me dicen que el agua es gratis y en el check out me piden cinco minutos y me cobran un agua, que no es por el dinero, es por el servicio. Mintieron a la vista está. Les dejé dos cervezas en la nevera, esa sí que no la pagaron.
NO VAYÁIS A ESTE HOTEL. Os digo que los comentarios positivos no son ciertos.
