Early checkin was not possible although I previously discussed with the landlord. Checkin at the normal time was also not possible because cleaning staff was still busy. Flat was not properly cleaned when I arrived (hair, dust, dirt on the floor), towels were a bit dirty, bedding had hair and spots on it. After complaining, the cleaning staff was sent back the next day, it then became a bit cleaner but there was still dust and dirt on the floor. The bedding was changed but some grey and black spots were also in this new one. A silver fish ran across my mattress one morning, so pest control in that flat is advised. Also, there was no washing powder (although advertised) and the washing machine with drying function was not able to dry my clothes, even after repeated use.
Struttura molto pulita, piccola ma funzionale. Dotata di lavatrice, fornello, lavandino e frigorifero. Molto comoda.
Con i bagagli è impegnativo fare 4 piani a piedi perché le scale sono molto strette, ma non è nulla di impossibile.

Machine a laver sans mode d'emploi simple en anglais. (Mais je n'étais pas venu là pour la er mon linge donc ce n'est pas grave en soi!)
Comfy and convenient apartment for a stay in Tokyo. It is not very big but there is everything you need (table and chairs, bed, toilet, shower, washing machine, kitchenware, etc.).
The host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Good communication.
Overall good location (20min from Ikebukuro station and 10minute from Yamanote Line) with a few convenient stores around.

The AC, nice queen size bed
Not enough space to walk in. No hot water when showering. Towels were shedding, leaving white fluff everywhere.

Het was een ruim appartement, met een was/droger machine. Ook was er veel kastruimte, groot genoeg om onze koffers weg te stoppen. Er is geen lift, maar daarvan werden we van tevoren op de hoogte gebracht, gelukkig geen verrassing.
Er zijn twee treinstations in de buurt, en het centrum van Ikebukoro is slechts 20 minuten lopen. Er zijn meerdere supermarkten in de buurt, wat ook erg prettig is.
het was erg warm, want de airco deed het niet heel goed. Ook doet de droogfunctie van de wasmachine het niet goed, en er is geen plek om de natte was op te hangen.

Ikebukuro Station is actually 20 minutes away from the house.
Lots of equipment to cook, clean the laundry, refrigerator, etc, plus the host was really helpful and responded fast! 15min walk from the station too
We went there during the winter and it was just as cold inside as outside :/ under the sheets it was warm but as soon as we got out of the bed it was freezing even tho we put the temperature to the max we could
Very friendly owner doing everything he can to help & accomodate you. Great appartment for the price you pay, looks smaller in the pictures then in reality.
Nothing at all! The only mini downside is the location , but you are 10 minutes walk from kannemacho station and 15 from the big ikebekuro station so it really isnt a problem.
