Buen lugar para alojarte si quieres conocer el este de Creta y con mucha vida.
Pros:

Tenías toda la restauración y tiendas a mano.
A pie de playa y se escuchan continuamente las olas.
Puedes comer a cualquier hora del día.
A pesar de que está en una zona de mucho movimiento, sobre todo por las noches, las ventanas están muy bien insonorizadas y apenas te das cuenta.

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Frühstücksbuffet immer nur das gleiche. Das ist das einzige was ich schlecht bewerte. Für Griechenland haben wir Oliven erwartet aber leider gab’s das nicht am Frühstücksbuffet

Es war ein bisschen mager für die muslimischen Gäste wäre ein bisschen Alternative besser gewesen, ein Wurst und Würstchen

Δεν συνηθίζω να γράφω αρνητικές κριτικές, αλλά η συγκεκριμένη εμπειρία ήταν τόσο απαράδεκτη που θεωρώ ότι πρέπει να αναφερθεί.

Επισκέφθηκα το ξενοδοχείο στις 26 του μηνός και έκανα κανονικά check-in. Με εξυπηρέτησε ένας κύριος με γκρίζα μαλλιά, ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, του οποίου δυστυχώς δεν θυμάμαι το όνομα. Είχα κάνει κράτηση μέσω Booking για 4 βράδια, καθώς θα έμενα μαζί με μια φίλη μου, η οποία θα έφτανε περίπου 3 ώρες αργότερα.

Όταν η φίλη μου έφτασε και πέρασε από τη ρεσεψιόν, δεν της ζητήθηκε απολύτως τίποτα. Δύο ημέρες αργότερα, όμως, είχε βάρδια ο κύριος Νίκος Μάρκου, ο οποίος της ζήτησε να συμπληρώσει τα στοιχεία της με έναν εξαιρετικά αγενή και απαξιωτικό τρόπο. Ο τρόπος που μας μιλούσε ήταν πραγματικά προσβλητικός, σαν να είχαμε κάνει κάτι παράνομο.

Η φίλη μου τον ρώτησε πολύ απλά γιατί της ζητούσε τα στοιχεία δύο ημέρες αργότερα και γιατί δεν της τα είχε ζητήσει όταν έφτασε.
Βγήκαμε για λίγο και, όταν επιστρέψαμε, διαπιστώσαμε ότι το δωμάτιό μας είχε κλειδωθεί και δεν μας επέτρεπαν να μπούμε, ενώ όλα τα προσωπικά μας αντικείμενα βρίσκονταν μέσα. Ως δικαιολογία μας ανέφερε ότι ήμασταν «ύποπτες».

Του εξήγησα ότι εγώ είχα κάνει το check-in, είχα πληρώσει για το δωμάτιο και είχα ήδη συμπληρώσει τα στοιχεία μου, επομένως δεν υπήρχε κανένας λόγος να μου απαγορεύει την είσοδο στο δωμάτιό μου. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, με πολύ έντονο και αγενή τρόπο μου είπε ότι δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να μου δώσει το κλειδί και να με αφήσει να μπω ούτε εγώ.

Μας κράτησε περίπου μία ώρα στη ρεσεψιόν, χωρίς πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιό μας και στα προσωπικά μας αντικείμενα. Η κατάσταση έφτασε σε σημείο να χρειαστεί να καλέσουμε ακόμη και την αστυνομία για να μπορέσουμε να βγάλουμε άκρη.

Το πιο απαράδεκτο, όμως, δεν ήταν μόνο η διαδικασία, αλλά ο τρόπος με τον οποίο επιλέχθηκε να μας συμπεριφερθεί. Η αγένεια, η επιθετικότητα και η απαξιωτική συμπεριφορά ήταν εντελώς αδικαιολόγητες.

Δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει ξανά τέτοια συμπεριφορά σε ξενοδοχείο.

Hotel carino ma pulizia dimenticata
Pros:

Hotel posizionato proprio vicino al mare e alla via principale dove ci sono tutti i bar, ristoranti e negozi.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera davvero pessima!!!
Un giorno addirittura non è stata fatta proprio alchè siamo andate in reception a riferire ciò, l' unica cosa che ci hanno saputo dire che erano dispiaciuti e che dal giorno successivo la camera sarebbe stata pulita da cima a fondo dandoci una scopa e una paletta per spazzarla nel frattempo e due asciugamani.
Ma i giorni a susseguire l' unica cosa che facevano era sistemare il letto, dare una spazzata veloce e quando capitava cambiavano gli asciugamani i sanitari però mai puliti.
La colazione passabile ma c'erano sempre le stesse cose.

Pros:

Sehr tolle Lage. Die Balkone in der obersten Etage Richtung Küste mit seitlichem Meerblick waren super angenehm.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch. Das Restaurant am Abend bietet tollen Service und leckeres Essen. Alle sind nett, zuvorkommend und freundlich.
