In front of the pyramids, really nice view
The breakfast was very bad… I had to wait almost 1 hour and the other day I couldn’t take the breakfast.
First and foremost the staff are exemplary - Polite, courteous and helpful. Noor, Hani, the lady I spoke to on reception, the luggage porter, cleaners all fantastic. The location is ideal - A couple of mins walk from the Giza Necropolis (Pyramids) Sphinx entrance and a brilliant view of the Pyramids and Sphinx and many affordable mini-marts and Pharmacies in the vicinity. The breakfast knocked my socks off - Even when we missed breakfast by 15 minutes the kind lady in the restaurant cooked us a cheese and ham-style beef croissant to tide us over. The air con is cold and the room has a full size fridge for drinks. Bedlinen clean and fresh, mattress comfortable, towels folded into swans and tea and coffee making provided in room all up to snuff. The decor was modern and in near-new condition. Lift (elevator) clean and functional.
For the price there was nothing to dislike although there are three key considerations I would like to leave for future guests:
1. The entrance is down a private pathway - This can confuse Uber/InDrive cabs - Particularly if arriving from out of town - You may be better navigating to Sacred Oils of Egypt - Hassan's shop. Which is on the road next to the pathway entrance.
2. I have seen reviews stating there is music audible in the rooms from outside - While I was there this did occur but ONLY on the weekends and was ALWAYS switched off between 10 and 11 in good time for a sound sleep.
3. Although the shower is good temperature and flow wise, the bathrooms are compact wet-rooms - as such you'll lose an extra towel to the floor to make sure you don't slip - If for some reason you are looking at hotels in this price range and you cannot survive sharing a hand towel simply ask the staff for an extra towel and they will provide one with a smile.

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre ( fenêtre qui donne sur un couloir d'aération et des conduits d évacuation donc ne peut être ouverte). La salle de bain sans emplacement de douche démarquée avec les toilettes
Struttura molto pulita e personale veramente gentile.
La vista dal terrazzo è veramente bella.
Il ragazzo che ci ha servito la cena sul terrazzo è molto simpatico e disponibile.
Se torniamo a Giza sarà un piacere tornarci

Nice and quiet hotel with beautiful terrace view. Breakfast was fresh every morning and the room was cleaned daily.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect and close to many attractions. Hotel team was always friendly and available when we needed help.
Στις παροχές λένε ότι δέχονται σκυλιά μόλις πήγαμε μας είπαν πως δεν δέχονται μετά μας είπαν πως δέχονται αλλά με χρέωση ενώ δεν φαινόταν στην παροχή έξτρα χρέωση μετά όταν το επισήμανε μας είπαν πως δεν δέχονται σκυλιά και να ακυρωθεί η κράτηση έτσι ψάχναμε για δωμάτιο εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά
Staff were so kind and welcoming from the first day. They helped us with luggage and even recommended good local places to visit. Breakfast was fresh every morning and the room service was fast.
La estancia fue excelente es exactamente lo que uno contrata. El personal MUY amable, hablan inglés y de comunican perfecto, Bassant es la recepcionista en el turno mañana y es súper amable, su trabajo es un 10 y siempre está ahí para ayudarte y acompañarte,te aconseja de los lugares a los cuales ir, te ofrecen una vez cosas que venden pero jamás te molestan, al revés siempre te ayudan y te cuidan! Volvería a alojarme sin dudas aquí. La vista es increíble, las habitaciones con calefacción y aire que funcionan, te regalan aguas al llegar, cuentan con heladera y un desayuno MUY abundante. Y comprar la comida allí en el bar también es económico. Recomiendo hospedarse al 100%. Respecto a los que dicen de olor a camello, o excremento, están en Egipto!

Clean hotel with relaxing atmosphere. We especially appreciated the helpful reception team who gave us recommendations for local places to visit.
Location - I loved the location for the view of pyramids - at the same time hated for the approach road/dirty passage to the hotel entrance
Staff - excellent. Always ready to help even though few had problem in communicating in English.

Approach road to the hotel entrance (inside a passage - which often was dirty - stray dogs) and crowded by Camels/Horses as the hotel is close to Sphinx Gate
