Pros:

Отель красивый,чистый.очень спокойно.если хотите отдохнуть от всего и вкусно завтракать -советую однозначно.персонал классный! Нас заселили в 06:00 утра хотя как обычно заезд был в 14:00.мы добрались пораньше и нас поселили и накормили вкусным завтраком🩵

Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал, особенно Элвин бей. Он постарался сделать наш отдых незабываемым. Великолепная панорама и виды на горы и реку. Чистый воздух, много деревьев, прохлада. Персонал старается угодить гостям во всем.

Cons:

Дорога к отелю немного трудная, каменистая. В округе нет магазинов и аптек. В самих номерах устаревшая мебель, плохая звукоизоляция, не работал мини-холодильник, сантехника требует замены.

Pros:

Расположение конечно в горах, но этот вид стоил того! Персонал улыбчивый, все что нужно дают, очень понравилось отношение к гостям. И конечно же вид просто бомбезный😍. Еда была в ресторане отеля более чем неплохая, соотношение цена/качество норм. На территории есть теннис, пс3, бильярд. А также для семей с детьми, для детей есть площадка.

Cons:

Чистота была не прям топ. Были недочеты, но жить вполне можно.

Brilliant mountain escape
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit; always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The hotel restaurant offered fantastic food at great value for money, and every meal we had was thoroughly enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was waking up to the picturesque mountain views from our room, which made the experience even more special. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Grandiose Lage, prima Service.
Pros:

Die Fotos versprechen viel, die Lage hält noch mehr! Das Personal ist freundlich und engagiert auch bei Sprachproblemen, die Küche reichhaltig und flott mit der Bestellung. Bei passendem Wetter sind die Pavillions mit ihrer Aussicht nicht zu toppen.

Cons:

Mit einem SUV schafft man die Auffahrt problemlos, die Kurven sind aber noch für den alten Lada Niva berechnet. Die Treppen zu den Chalets sind etwas holprig.

Outstanding stay with helpful and kind staff who with their thoughtful approach towards their guests.

The property is right in the lap of nature. We loved the way the property practically looked into the mountains, valley, river bed and the pine forest.

Pros:

The property requested us not to come to the hotel due to extremely heavy snowfall and unsafe road conditions. The hotel staff themselves advised that traveling to the property was risky because the roads leading to the hotel are uphill and can become dangerous during bad weather.

Despite this, the hotel did not consider the situation and charged us the full amount, marking it as a no-show / cancellation. We lost 100% of the payment, even though we followed their own safety advice. This felt very unfair and disappointing.

Future guests should be cautious when booking this property, especially during winter or unstable weather conditions, as the location can become difficult and risky to access.

Pros:

It’s very clean and cozy, I loved the wooden panels in the house and the view was incredible. The people who work there are very kind and welcoming. Beautiful location with a river nearby.
I highly recommend staying at this place.
