Will always stay here!
Pros:

Wow blown away by this hotel! Clean, efficient, friendly, great room, great size. The location is close to everything right in the centre of Manhattan. Very handy to have the microwave and fridge. Cleaning was always done when requested and to a high standard, bags stored when arrival and departure times differ from check in and check out. Couldn't rate this hotel highly enough!

Pros:

The hotel was like a family hotel ,nice and warm greeting has been shown. It was quiet, clean and located in a very safe area. The check in and check out was very easy and fast. A special thanks to Bobby from the concierge, he was very helpful and took care of our wills and organised our transfer to jfk in a very convenient way.

Bargain for New York with generous sized room.our room had a view of mechanical equiptment and just felt worn; needs new

Cons:

It’s a bit worn. Scratches on the wood in the elevators, some paint needs to be touched up in the room. Light seeps through the hotel door at night. Noise from the room that could be adjoining.

Perfect place to stay in NYC.
Pros:

We loved everything! The location is perfect for navigating any part of the city. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchenette was a great bonus. So many NYC hotels do not provide this.

Cons:

There was some early morning construction outside that we could hear (perhaps that is why they are offering a discount this summer). But, we are early risers, so it wasn’t a problem.

Good value for a 2 bed suite on holiday weekend
Pros:

Good value for a 2 bedroom larger suite in the city. Great location, can walk to Time Square, 5th Ave, Central Park and many shops and restaurants. No valet, but was able to park a couple streets away for about $50/night.

Cons:

No bellman to help load bags in car, not much variety of restaurant in hotel, towels are low quality/rough. No bar or lounge area. Not much amenity to the hotel, really just a place to sleep. Room was quiet for NYC standards.

Fabulous value, wonderful friendly staff, ideal location.
Pros:

Immaculately clean, fresh towels/cleaned daily + bottled water left in room every day. Having a fridge and microwave was ideal with coffee supplies topped up daily. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location for getting around New York and easy access for metro. The most comfortable bed/pillows ever! Fantastic value and would 100% recommend.
