Pros:

Vị trí khá gần trung tâm. Chỗ đậu xe hơi thoải mái và lối ra vào rộng rãi. Có thang máy. Phòng khá sạch sẽ và tiện nghi trong phòng ổn.

Cons:

Phòng của mình nằm ngoài rìa sát bên chỗ gắn cục nóng máy lạnh. Khi máy lạnh 2 phòng rìa chạy thì hơi ồn.

not worth the money, expensive but bad room

not worth the price. Small room with no window (there is a window but it faces another wall in 1m)
. The price was too high (1.5M vnd for a room, a night)
this is probably 300k a night, then it is ok.

Cons:

Vị Trí khách sạn rất tệ, cơ sở vật chất của khách sạn không như hình ảnh quảng cáo trên Booking. Dơ, sàn gạch hàng lang vỡ, ks quá cũ, phòng hôi, drab, gối, mền đen, cũ, dơ.
Chất lượng khách sạn chỉ đáng giá <350k/ đêm, tuy nhiên ks bán trên booking với giá 1,6 triệu đồng/đêm.
Nhân viên lễ tân khá lễ phép với khách hàng. Nhưng ks quá tệ, chúng tôi vào check in và phát hiện khách sạn bán dịch vụ phòng không như quảng cáo, sau khi làm việc với lễ tân thì được giửi quyết hoàn lại tiền, tuy nhiên sự việc này ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến chất lượng chuyến đi của gia đình.
Đề nghị booking có biện pháp quản lý giám sát các đơn vị bán dịch vụ lưu trú trên booking để đảm bảo quyền lợi cho người tiêu dùng.
