I do recommend this hotel. If I come back to Rubavu near the lac KIVU, I'll definitely choose it.
Pros:

I liked the exceptional Customer service
I liked the room, the comfortable bed
I liked the reminders for breakfast
I liked that the hotel goes beyond and proposes to wash clients' cars for free.
I liked everything in general.

Cons:

I liked everything at the hotel, however, the shower needs a door to prevent water from splashing into the whole bathroom.

Nice hotel next to the lake
Pros:

Very close to the lake (2 minute walk). Small pool, friendly staff, great manager. Had a wonderful long conversation about life in Rwanda with the staff. Good breakfast and dinner options. The room was a little cramped but I appreciated the standing fan. The balcony was very nice and offered a view to the lake. Would recommend this place.

Pros:

The location was perfect as the hotel is located very close to lake Kivu. The food was so delicious and the breakfast was great too. I just want to appreciate Mr Joseph from the restaurant, he’s so professional and he was ready to assist 100%. The swimming pool was amazing and the trainer at the pool is so kindhearted.

Cons:

The AC wasn’t working and it was so hot during the night, The receptionists are not professionals
