Great Value!!
Pros:

We were upgraded to a family room, and it was fantastic! It was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for all of us, and the bathroom was excellent. It was so refreshing to find a genuine family-sized room in Italy.
We actually stayed in a five-star hotel that cost five times as much (without breakfast), and I would choose this hotel over it any day of the week!
The location was another wonderful surprise – the area was absolutely lovely and had such a great atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially families

Cons:

Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine, with coffee and a light selection to start the day. While a wider choice would have been appreciated, the incredible value for money more than made up for it. We would happily stay here again.

Un minimo di cura in più del cliente non guasterebbe

Ottima posizione per uscire e visitare il centro.

Cons:

Il parcheggio retrostante, non di proprietà dell'hotel, ma pubblico, era sempre pieno e talvolta ho dovuto parcheggiare l'auto a 10-15 min a piedi verso l'hotel con tutti i bagagli a mano. Ho pernottato 4 volte in tutto e l'ultima con mia moglie. Non c'è nessuna attenzione alla fidelizzazione del cliente, al suo riconoscimento come già cliente (molto strano con i dati salvati nei booking precedenti) e nessuna cura nel mostrare una certa cura e riconoscenza verso la persistenza nella scelta di quell'hotel, come ho trovato in altri alberghi al punto da fare amicizia con il personale. Un rapporto freddo automatico di check in, pagamento e informazioni base, nessuna empatia. L'ultima volta poi con mia moglie ci è stata data una camera con condizionatore rumorosissimo, molto datato e direi obsoleto che rinfrescava a fatica e producendo un rumore insopportabile che per educazione ho ritenuto di spegnere mio malgrado per educazione nei confronti dei vicini di camera. Bagno nella media con doccia-cabina molto piccola.

A dire il vero, tutto..il personale è stato cortese, la posizione era eccellente, stanze con aria condizionata, silenzioso, pulizia impeccabile. Veramente tutto positivo
