餐食非常用心，很值得享受。
員工都非常友善熱情。

Cons:

泳池開放時間，很難安排使用，早上是否早一小時或者晚上晚一小時，會讓住宿能緩和享受度假時光。尤其夏天季節。

Ontbijt en kamer

Cons:

We moesten 800 euro extra betalen voor een kamrr met een uitzicht van de meer voor 2 dgn voor 1 kamer terwijl wij al 2000 euro betaalden voor 2 kamers en bij de boeking hadden wij 1 kamer met 2 aparte bedden geboekt toen we daar aankwamen bleek het om een bed te gaan.dat vond ik erg slordig van het hotel

Pros:

Das Hotel Gran Hilai bietet über alle Bewertungskriterien die besten Ergebnisse. Vom Empfang über dem Valetservice, dem effektiven Housekeeping bis hin zum Restaurant und vor allem die Küche. Das Frühstück ist unübertroffen und der Chef zaubert mit seine Brigade ein sterneverdächtiges Abendessen mit bis zu 11 Gängen.
Das Zimmer war Klasse und hatte eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Sonne-Mond-See.

Den Freiluftpool auf dem Dach mit Sicht auf die umliegende Bergwelt ist genial.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu verbessern.

Pros:

Wow! Incredible hotel, from top to bottom.
Rooms, private Onsen in your room, location, THE VIEW and most of all: the food. By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and worth every penny. The staff is very helpful and professional. complimentary and fast transfers to the bus station were great. I can also recommend the hotel sunshine cruise.

Cons:

Nothing! If there is one thing I would dimprove it’s maybe a WhatsApp communication with the front desk for shuttle pickup since the call from phones abroad is pretty expensive.

入住的房型可以看到日出,一早起床泡湯看日出後再去享用早餐~早餐非常棒,一入座就準備好一小杯雞湯,開胃醒腦. 還有許多現點現做的料理,有牛排 歐姆蛋就連湯麵類都有兩三樣的選擇.沒有限制使用早餐的時間,吃飽了還能喝杯氣泡酒,非常享受. 晚餐相對就中規中矩,沙拉吧熱食都有水準之上.房間空間大,舒適,冰箱內也備有各種飲料啤酒,杯具乾淨齊全.
