It’s a great location and hotel.
Pros:

It’s very close to the beach, stores, restaurants and ferry.

Cons:

The only thing I wish is that the horizon building rooms have wooden floors instead of carpet and if the buildings have a place to wash the sand of feet before entering would be great.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very cute, comfortable, and well maintained. The cleaning staff were excellent, and the entire property was very clean. The location was also perfect for me, as it was only about two minutes from where I needed to be for business.

My only suggestion would be to offer a little more variety with the complimentary breakfast. They did provide bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, and cereal, but I felt the breakfast could have included a few more substantial options.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Room did not have a TV remote; coffee maker was broken and needed to be replaced; no drinking water nor ice available in the entire hotel; no elevator to carry up luggage; room and hotel pictures on Booking did not match my stay; building was old and run down, dirty carpets...cold breakfast with non-nutritional items, high sugar... cheapest of the cheapest. @Booking.com - do the right thing here and reimburse me partially for this false advertised hotel. At over $350/night I ought to expect at least something.

The location was great

Cons:

The room was dirty there was bugs in the room the cleaning staff left our door open after they cleaned it to where anyone could have enter our room. Parking is also limited.
