Property Description

A refreshed coastal retreat with elevated accommodations and inviting spaces, located just off the ferry and a short drive to the beach by golf cart or car. The property includes Beacon 57, a stylish lounge serving refined coastal spirits and ocean-inspired cocktails, open daily at 5pm with happy hour 5–7pm.

Important information:

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in at the property.

A $75 security deposit will be collected at check-in and refunded upon inspection of the room.

Rollaway bed is available upon request for an additional charge of 10 USD per night.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Comfortable, great location and great value

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing from start to finish.

Check-in was difficult, and because I had booked through a third-party site, I was asked to wait outside for nearly an hour while contacting customer service. The first two rooms had a very strong odor and were not in acceptable condition. After requesting another room, I was told I would need to pay an additional $30 for a better room. The room I eventually received was better, but still had hair on the floor.

I was also charged an additional $18 per room on top of my original booking cost. The breakfast was very basic, and the entire hotel had a noticeable musty smell.

Overall, the cleanliness, service, and condition of the property were disappointing, especially considering the additional charges. I would not stay here again.
