Great staff and service but not a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Amazing staff with friendly service, nicely located away from the too much hustle and bustle but not too far off from main attractions. Reasonably priced. Beds were really comfortable and AC was great.

Cons:

By no means is this a 5 star property. This is misleading people who are looking at actual 5 star hotels. It has a potential to be 3-4 star by international standards. Rooms are rundown, breakfast was good but not 5 star standard. The bathroom didn’t look appealing and bathroom door also couldn’t fully close.

Las instalaciones, la comodidad de las camas y sobre todo el trato del personal sobre todo de Hazel que me ayudó antes del viaje con mis reservas y también durante mi estancia. Es una gran profesional.

Amazing, perfect, fantastic!
Pros:

The bedroom was fantastic and the staff were so helpful. They allowed us to check out late and offered us to use the facilities while we waited for our flight. Crab looked after us very well and was super kind! 10/10 service

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Short but very sweet
Pros:

Welcome and goodbye complimentary drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave food recommendations. We had a night flight so the hotel offered us some towels to have a shower in the afternoon before leaving for our flight

Pros:

Nuestro hotel de referencia en Hanoi, las habitaciones están muy limpias y la cama es cómodísima. El desayuno tiene una gran variedad y está buenísimo.
Sin duda lo mejor del hotel es el personal, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte en todo, en nuestro caso Crab nos ha ayudado a planear nuestro itinerario por Vietnam, un trabajador de 10!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war richtig toll, so viel Auswahl! Der Dachbereich auch richtig schön! Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Es liegt etwas außerhalb, aber man kann ruckzuck zu Fuß rein laufen, manchmal nur etwas anstrengend bei den Temperaturen - aber definitiv machbar! :-)
