Staff was helpful and did their best. Appreciate that they did the best they can.

Cons:

That's not even a 3 star hotel. I was misled by the 5 stars and the booking.com reviews/rating.

The rooms were smelly, shower water had a bed smell, rooms AC were not working well, toilet does not have a sealed door, reception AC almost not working, the building generally seems very old and not well maintained.

The hotel is not even value for money, as there are other hotels with similar price which are incomparably better. Or you can pay a bit more and stay in a way better hotel. Please don't get fooled by the booking.com reviews nor that it mentions its 5 stars.

Again this is all about the facility and not the staff. The staff are doing their best.

Ruido obras, pelos, cortinas viejas, trabajadores que te mienten

Absolutamente todo. Todo. Esta hecho mierda. El personal te intenta estafar por todas partes.

Entras a la habitación y una peste a humedad, y las cortinas del baño de tela amarillenta, todo esta en un estado pesimo. Nos encontramos pelos.

LO PEOR DE TODO ES QUE SE PUSIERON A HACER OBRAS TODO EL DIA EN LA HABITACIÓN DE AL LASO, dos días completos sin dormir nada. Y al final nos fuimos sin terminar los 4 dias de estadia, nos dijieron que nos lo iban a reembolsaar, otra estafa mas por parte de este hotel

Les escribi varios mensajes y no contestaron nunca, fue booking la que finalmente me reembolso una parte.

Tened mucho cuidado com este hotel. Son unos estafadores

Pros:

Very nice hotel with extremely polite and caring staff. They really made us feel welcome during the whole stay. At the end, they even gave us a small gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

The rooftop views are amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Overall, the hotel is absolutely worth the money — for this price, it’s an excellent place to stay.

Tout était parfait!
Pros:

Le service, l'accueil chaleureux, le staff a tout fait pour que l'on passe un super séjour, et ce fut le cas. Le rooftop avec la piscine et le bar, le restaurant, le spa, tout était parfait!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ausgezeichneter Service, fantastisches Frühstück, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Und man kommt auch zu Fuß schnell an den Hoam Kiem See und weiter in die Altstadt.

A nice central location to discover Hanoi, with all the services you need
Pros:

We loved the hotel so much, the receptionist was very kind and helped whenever we needed.
Unfortunately due to a cancelled flight we could enjoy it one day less, but it was already enough to know we chose the right place. Breakfast was fabolous, plenty and fresh! The rooftop is lovely and you can already use it from early in the morning. Location is perfect, we walked to the lake and to the night market easily.

We had a wonderful stay in May DE VILLE Corner Hotel. The staff was very helpful, the rooftop has a very nice view with good cocktails and most importantly we were in honey moon and they upgraded our room for free.
