An excellent hotel to stay in, great value, great staff and great location.
Pros:

All very good. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice and very attentive staff. Plenty of time to eat.. served between 6.30 and 10am.

Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily if required.

Cons:

No problems at all.

クレジットカード払いの際に、追加請求されました。チェックイン時も手続きが遅く待たされました。
同行者も各々部屋を取ってたにもかかわらず、2人一緒の部屋を最初案内されました。オペレーションも悪く、追加料金も取られて不快でした。

Nous avons détesté notre séjour dans cet hôtel :
- déjà c’était assez cher
- les chambre étaient vieillottes. Elles faisaient sale. Notre douche fonctionnaient mal, on se douchait avec un filet d’eau.
- il y avait des travaux dans notre étage. C’était pas du tout calme ni propre
- le petit déjeuné est médiocre. Que des produits transformés et sans saveur
- le personnel aigris
- toute petite piscine, c’était une pataugeoire
Bref on étaient content de partir

Perfect location, clean and great staff
Pros:

Grace at reception was amazing! She was very kind and helpful and helped us through our stay. All hotel staff were so nice and accommodating, food and cocktails were amazing and the views were exceptional. The hotel was really clean and the decor was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay
