Pros:

Der Raum hatte eine angenehme Größe mit großen Fenstern und einem gemütlichen Bett.

Cons:

Die Gardinen waren halb runter gerissen als wir ankamen, im Kühlschrank war Schimmel und Eis. In der Dusche war auch Schimmel und es hat ganz unangenehm gerochen. Die Karte für die Eingangstür hat oft nicht funktioniert und als man bei der Rezeption geklingelt hat, hat sich niemand gemeldet.

Its okay if you’re just there to sleep and shower, nothing else.
Pros:

Towels were provided, location was very good,close to the tram and sbahn, easy check-in.

Cons:

The internet connection was terrible. We contacted the property but never heard back, there was noone on the property in general we could ask for help.
One day there was a weird smell, we dont smoke and didnt have any food in the room so after investigating it turned out it came from the bathroom.
Check in was easy but there was no information about the check out? So we just did the check in backwards(?) and hoped for it to be okay.
The TV is not a smart tv not that it would work with that terrible wifi, but even the cable channels weren’t working at times.

A very convenient spot to go around the city.
Pros:

A very nice room for two people on vacation. It is very close to public transport. The host responded to our requests quickly.

1) Добавьте к кофе еще несколько баночек сливок!!! 2) Вместо воды в дозаторах для мыла- Должно быть МЫЛО!!!
Pros:

Мне понравилось:
1) были очень хорошие плотные шторы которые безумно хорошо закрывали комнату от солнечных лучей.
2) был чайник и кофе машина и кофе, чашки, ложки, сахар. Можно было попить кофе. Кстати холодильник был рабочий и хорошо всё охлаждал.
3) было тихо и спокойно!!!!
4) близко к центру и к смотровой башне, остановка в 100м от отеля. Магазины, кафе, аптеки - всё рядом😍

Cons:

1) Заселение было ужасным! Я приехала в назначенное время, ключей в моем почтовым ящике ( номер был указан в смс от отеля ) не было!!!!! Спасибо двум девушкам с Украины которые открыли нам двери!!! Потом я догадалась просто открыть любой почтовый ящик и забрать ключи! Отель мне не отвечал‼️
2) Почему вместо мыла в дозаторе для мыла была вода????
3) Мы приехали в среду вечером, а в четверг утром мне приходит смс от отеля, что у них не будет воды с 08:30 до 15:00. Это просто ужас!!!!!! Я ехала 12 часов до Düsseldorf. А тут мне пишут, что не будет воды😡😡😡

Ich war fünf Nächte in diesem Hotel in Düsseldorf und war einfach mehr als begeistert. Die Zimmer waren unglaublich saub
Pros:

* Unglaublich saubere Zimmer
* Großer Spiegel und bequemes Bett
* Viel Ablagefläche plus Tresor und Kühlschrank
* Klimaanlage, die es immer angenehm kühl gemacht hat
* Top-Lage mit Straßenbahn- und Bahnanbindung, aber ruhig
* Super einfacher Self-Check-in
* Würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen es weiter.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen.

Une catastrophe absolue – À fuir !

La pire expérience d'hôtel de ma vie ! Dès notre arrivée, le code d'accès ne fonctionnait pas et il était impossible de récupérer nos clés. Nous avons tenté d'appeler l'établissement à plusieurs reprises, mais personne n'a daigné répondre. Il a fallu attendre qu'un habitant de l'immeuble passe par là pour nous donner un numéro WhatsApp. Malheureusement, ce n'est qu'une IA qui répondait en boucle, nous laissant toujours bloqués dehors.

Au bout de deux heures d'attente interminables, une personne physique nous a enfin contactés sur WhatsApp pour nous donner un autre code. Une fois les clés en main, nouveau problème : impossible de trouver la porte d'entrée, par manque d'indications.

Quand nous avons enfin réussi à entrer, l'expérience a continué de se dégrader : une odeur nauséabonde et tenace flottait de la réception jusqu'au 2ème étage. Les couloirs étaient encombrés de vélos, de poussettes et même de vetements stockés, l'endroit ressemblant plus à un squat ou à un immeuble d'habitation sociale de fortune qu'à un hôtel payé au prix fort.

Quant aux chambres, la propreté était tout simplement déplorable pour ce tarif astronomique : la moquette, les murs et la ventilation étaient sales, et la cafetière était pleine de moisissure ! Un manque total de respect pour les clients, de l'accueil jusqu'à l'hygiène. Établissement à fuir absolument, c'est du vol.

Posizione e grandezza della stanza.

Cons:

Le lenzuola erano sporche e in camera era sempre costante la presenza di odore di fumo. Nell'edificio sono presenti altre famiglie che fanno parecchio rumore. Alla doccia mancava un profilo ma almeno hanno rimediato in breve tempo.
