El trato excelente por parte de los encargados del hotel. Me han hecho sentir como en casa .
Sehr nette Gastgeber, die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Ich hatte erst ein lautes Zimmer zur Straße, durfte dann aber umziehen zur Gartenseite, dieses Zimmer war erholsam ruhig. Heizung und Föhn waren da. Heißes Wasser ebenso. Gefrühstückt wird überdacht im Freien, was bei 6°C ungewohnt ist. Aber es ist ein sehr netter, herzlicher Ort und ich würde definitiv wiederkommen.
Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel und wir hatten auch ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Gerne wieder.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is great for access to central Cusco. There is a relaxing area downstairs for sitting or enjoying the garden.
There was a storage unit, but it would be nice to have a place to hang some clothes.
Lovely place, tucked away in a great neighbourhood. Great place to base yourself while in Cusco - lots of excellent food options nearby and only a 10 min walk to the main square. The family who runs it is so sweet and really helpful - they stored our bags for us while on Salkantay and also organised for our laundry to be done :)
Bathrooms are quite basic but there is good water pressure in the shower and there was always hot water (rare in Cusco!)
El ambiente es tranquilo, los encargados de recepción son súper atentos y la señora que nos prepara el desayuno se siente como en casa.
Al ser pisos de madera se escucha el crujir al caminar, pero es súper llevadero.

Senti falta de um pouco mais de estrutura e conforto no quarto. O teto é muito baixo e a iluminação é insuficiente.
Cama muito pequena (tenho 1,76) e colchão muito duro.
Travesseiros muito finos.
Faltam cabides nos armários.
Também senti falta de café preto no café.
Mesmo pra quem vai passar pouco tempo no hotel, falta um pouco mais de conforto.
Um outro ponto: checkin as 13 e checkout às 8. O padrão em Cusco é in as 12 e out às 10h
Beautiful, peaceful and quiet place in a great area. Perfect for exploring the city and recharging after. Super friendly and helpful host family.

Odor no banheiro. Cesto de lixo do banheiro sem saco. Água do chuveiro fria em dias aleatórios. Toalhas e papel higiênico de péssima qualidade (grosseiros). Recepção atrapalhada, mal conseguem encontrar a chave do quarto. Café da manhã servido atrasado e muito pobre. Banheiro comum sem papel. Barulho de obra cedo pela manhã (4am). Tentativa de cobrar mais caro que valor do booking com a justificativa de pagamento de cartão e taxas locais da cidade. Ofertas de passeio mais caras que agências turísticas. Sensação de estar sendo explorado pelos funcionários da pousada ao invés de estar sendo ajudado pra evitar furadas.

The location was perfect. Close to everything but not too noisy. The shower was hot and the breakfast was yummy. The family that ran it was so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for more. It was great for a budget!
