Pros:

Perfect location easy to walk into town. Lovely to have a pool and great value for money. Beautiful bathroom with lovely view out of the window.

Wonderful stay! Will stay again for sure
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and i especially love the shower, the water pressure was really really good. The location was also nice as the neiighborhood was quiet, though we only spent one night, i can easily say i can stay there longer, and will definitely do so next time.
The staff were also very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Pros:

Amazing hotel, they were so sweet here! Let me check in a little earlier, and when we woke up to a big spider in the room, one of the staff were so sweet to drop everything and help us out with it. The location is nicely placed about 10 min from the old city, so it was nice and quiet.

Pros:

The property is exactly what you want it to be. From hospitality to Stay every feels top notch. Especially the owner is a GEM OF A PERSON - Mr Dung, he will go to any extent to make sure ypu have the best of best everything. The breakfast is something you can die for, He booked my coconut village ride + My journey from Hoi An to Ninh Binh with HK busline at a very cost effective price. Even 100 🎖️ would be less. Thank you everyone - This place is superb highly recommended for families and Indians.

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the property. Just that please note at additional 50,000 dong you get scrumptious breakfast.

The property is a 10-minute walk from the center, so it’s quieter. Large and comfortable bed.

The room had signs of mold on the walls and a bad smell. In the bathroom, under the sink, a puddle of water would form, but it was unclear where it was coming from. I reported the issue, but no action was taken.

Great stay for a great price
Pros:

Lovely staff, great location walking distance from Old Town along the river but away from noise. The shower was fantastic, everything was clean, fridge in the room was great, big comfy bed and great AC and wifi. Highly recommend!!

Cons:

A few bugs in the room but this happens everywhere in Vietnam so wasn’t an issue for us

ห้องดี มีสระว่ายน้ำเล่นได้ สะอาด เป็นส่วนตัว เงียบสงบเพราะไม่ติดกับย่านชุมชน มีจักรยาน มอเตอร์ไซค์ให้เช่า รถ taxi ไปสนามบินของโรงแรมราคาถูกกว่าแกรบ และอื่นๆ
