Pros:

Location excellent for opera house/ trams/ general access.
Well equipped kitchen, great washer/ dryer.

The lift was a must!!

Location was good but the place did not have the amenities I seek in an apartment rental situation.

Location was great. For our family having three bedrooms was good. It was nice to have W/D. I liked that there were two pillows

Cons:

There wasn’t a second comfortable chair for living room. The beds were small (my 6’2” husband didn’t fit even after the beds were pushed together). The beds also moved around a bit. The mattress was comfortable. There were no napkins or paper towels nor microwave nor laundry detergent. It did not have the amenities of an Air BnB

Bom Apartamento central em Oslo, a 5 minutos da estacao

(+) localização fantástica, mesmo no centro de Oslo, a 5 minutos da estação de comboios e da Ópera, supermercados, lojas, etc.
(+) apartamento num segundo andar, espaço, com grande sala, bons utensilios de cozinha, talheres, copos, pratos, maquinas de lavar louça (com consumiveis) maq. Lav. roupa e maq. secar roupa, boa tv, bom frigorífico
(+) acesso inovador de controlo da abertura de portas via apo
(+) bom acesso à Internet, estável, embora não muito rapido
(+) higiene, casa de banho com agua quente
(+) eficiência do contacto com Maya ap., bom porque chegamos muito tarde ao apartamento, necsssitando de autonomia e eficiência

Pros:

Great accomodation, centrally located, new, very clean, all the basics were present, plus some extras like washing machine, full basic kitchen and dryer. Recommended, good value for the price.

Cons:

Would have been good for next time to check any broken stuff. One of our dispensers was empty and we asked for it refilled, turns out it was leaking and so it made a mess, we reported it and the staff were helpful but it seems they had no idea it was broken. Would also be nice to provide some detergent for the washing machine for a small extra fee, we had to buy a whole box for a few nights. Other than this a great stay.

Clean and great location but expect budget everything
Pros:

Great location and clean. The staff were responsive and let us check in a little early.

Cons:

Low end sparse furniture and zero personality. Beds were too soft. Also while I am fine with minimalistic design - thought should be given to comfort, such as hooks in the bathroom, more space for storing luggage etc.
