Staff and breakfast experience VERY disappointing for an otherwise good hotel.
Cons:

Staff was extremely rude. We came down to have breakfast at 8AM well within the time breakfast was served and there was nothing left. When we spoke to the staff, they said: "We already filled it once, and that is all we are doing. You should have come down at 6:30AM when it was first served".

Unbelievably rude, unbelievable that the hotel would advertise breakfast and it being served between a time frame, for us to arrive in the middle of the timeframe, and be told tough luck. They know how many people are booked and to not be prepared or just not honor their promise is unacceptable.

Clean and comfy, breakfast questionable
Pros:

Clean, staff friendly, beds comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking. The waffle dispenser wasn't working and all the pastries were gone. Juice dispenser wasn't very good. Staff was no where to be found to ask for help until after we finished eating

Cons:

Breakfast was not great because staff called in. No coffee, empty trays, really messy. Oh well.

Would probably stay here again, value was on point.
Pros:

Good locale, not far from the city. Overall a nice hotel.

Cons:

Sheets on the fold out bed had not been changed. Sausage at breakfast was real dry.

For the price, it was worth it but it could have been a lot better.
Pros:

Location and staff.

Cons:

Our did not work properly, our toilet did not work properly, we had 5 guests and only 3 towels in the room, we had 3 kids who were excited to use the pool and it was closed for 4 hours for “maintenance” on 4th of July weekend and the shower was dirty.

Cons:

AC not working and no breakfast as promised. It ran out at 8am even though it was supposed to go to 9:30. I was also charged an extra $50 after the counter person said they would refund me $50...GREAT WAY TO GET EXTRA MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE WHO WORK VERY HARD FOR IT!

Was very impressed with the over all facility!
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good…when I told the person taking care of the food that the waffle batter was out…she said “I know”…🤷‍♂️

Cons:

The faucet in the bathroom sink had too short of a throw and caused a lot of extra water on the counter
