The worst place and worst host.
Pros:

I like nothing here, I literally spent 10 seconds in the room.

Cons:

The entrance is freaking scary, you access 3 or 4 unnecessary doors to get to the room, smells like shit, host is not cooperative at all, so I rather spend the 1000$ and let it go instead of staying here.

Pros:

Le logement est très bien placé, tout est disponible à 5 minutes à pied. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas du tout retrouvé le rapport qualité prix que j'espérais. Il n'y a pas de volet mais seulement des simples rideaux qui ne couvrent pas dutout les fenêtres ce qui laisse la lumière du jour entrer dans la chambre dès 6h du matin.
La chambre n'est pas isolée du bruit exterieur. Lors du week-end des bruits désagréables dans le couloir et dans les appartements d'au-dessus...
La douche n'est pas très pratique, au bout de 3 minutes l'eau coule dans la chambre...
Un airbnb sans plaque de cuisson, sans-micro onde...
Au vu du prix pour lequel j'ai payé je m'attendais à une meilleure qualité.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale. Stanza pulitissima, ampia e luminosa.

Cons:

Niente non va. Con pochi piccolissimi accorgimenti sarebbe quasi perfetto. Ad esempio aggiungendo alla dotazione delle posate e dei bicchieri nel caso si voglia mangiare in appartamento.

Pros:

Muy buena comunicación con el hospedaje y excelente ubicación, central y cercano a distintos servicios.

Für einen touristischen Aufenthalt in Athen ist es sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung, und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp verlief reibungslos, was sehr angenehm war. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer waren sauber. Da die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis von 1 km liegen, ist die Unterkunft ideal für Besichtigungen zu Fuß. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, sodass es dort bis spät in die Nacht sehr lebhaft zugeht, doch die Straße, in der die Unterkunft liegt, ist ruhig.

Cons:

Da die Atmosphäre am Eingang des Hotels mit Selbst-Check-in bei Frauen ein gewisses Unbehagen hervorrief, war ich froh, dass ich tagsüber ankam. Die Straße scheint auch nachts sicher zu sein.

O local é perto dos principais pontos turísticos e dos bairros badalados

Cons:

Não teve serviço de arrumação , nem reposição de sabonete que faltou no banheiro . Solicitei troca de lâmpadas queimadas e tb não foi feito .
Banheiro com pouca iluminação e quarto com cortina apenas de enfeite ! Não vedava a luz

I would recommend it, especially for it’s location and the comfort
Pros:

Very well situated, personnel answers fast. The room is pretty comfortable

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία!

Cons:

Λίγο παραπάνω φως από τα παράθυρα για τον δικό μου ύπνο. Το ζεστό νερό καθυστερεί λιγάκι και κάποια ηλεκτρολογική συσκευή κάνει έναν αμελητέο θόρυβο.

Pros:

The location is central, close to all the landmarks.
The host is helpful, even though their communication style is a bit sassy.
The property provides lockers for your luggage in case you need to store it after the checkout

Cons:

-The shower was leaking heavily, even when I put a towel next to it to absorb the water
-The air conditioner works badly, leaving the room to be cold and humid most of the time
-A couple of days before the trip I decided to double-check their current pricing and it was 350 euros for the same nights as mine instead of 480 euros that I already paid. That did not feel good
