Pros:

Very comfortable resort a lot of places to sit and enjoy the view the pool is very nice . Rooms very comfortable

Strong recommendation - excellent stay both for relaxing and for hikes
Pros:

Excellent location and beautiful property with excellent views and staff. Pool areas with self-service bar was very nice. Breakfast and dinner served with beatiful views. Room was spacious and had plenty of storage space for clothes etc. During our stay there was quite a lot of rain elsewhere on the island, but we found sun everyday when returning to Ponta do Sol.

Cons:

Rooms are slightly outdated, could use some light renovation. Beds were wide but hard and slightly noisy. Gym not very good.

Alles in allem sehr schön!
Pros:

Der Urlaub war sehr schön und kurzweilig.

Cons:

Es findet Freitagabends ein Musikevent im Barbereich statt, für den auch externe Personen ins Hotel kommen und im Restaurantbereich warten, bis es losgeht. Dies war für uns als Restaurantbesucher störend!

Ein wirklich wunderbares Hotel welches sehr speziell ist. Man merkt das nicht alles neu ist, trotzdem ist es luxuriös und teils auch mysteriös. An jeder Ecke gibt es etwas zu entdecken. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Das Frühstück ist wirklich wunderbar und frisch und hat eine grosse Auswahl. Das Abendessen ist eine kleine Karte welche aber einiges hergibt.

Der Ausenpool ist fantastisch schön. Der Innenpool und Jacuzzis sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Am Pool gibt es keinen Service wie man das kennt. Ein paar Schritte weiter unten gibt es eine Bar wo man sich entweder selbst bedienen kann oder bestellt.

Ich würde wieder kommen, wenn ich in Madeira bin.

Cons:

Einige Dinge sind speziell wie zB das es keine WC Papier Halterungen gibt obwohl alles so luxuriös ist

Die Lage , Essen, Servicepersonal einfach hervorragend !

Die Lage des Zimmers war sensationell - Blick auf den Atlantik - Küche , Essen - hervorragend - v.a. das Servicepersonal ist hervorzuheben. -
Pool und die gesamte Gartenanlage wunderschön

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit - im Zimmer und v.a. im Badezimmer - leider wurde das Zimmer nicht wirklich gereinigt,
das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen
