Soggiorno piacevole nel complesso
Pros:

Appartamento minimale ma dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole, personale reattivo agli imprevisti anche se a distanza

Cons:

Assenza di reception e personale, comunicazioni avvengono esclusivamente tramite sito e intelligenza artificiale che, per quanto efficiente, rimane pur sempre un’intelligenza artificiale. Ho avuto un problema con l’apertura della porta la prima sera (che avviene solo tramite app del telefono) e, sebbene lo staff con cui sono stato messo in contatto è stato immediatamente disponibile a risolvere, la non presenza di personale (nemmeno qualcuno che gestisca le emergenze) ha provocato qualche preoccupazione! Hotel NON adatto a chi non è avvezzo alla tecnologia

Pros:

При заселении вы загружаете приложение - это было прикольно. Отель очень понравился. Отличное расположение- рядом остановка автобуса, в 10-15 минутах ходьбы огромный торговый центр и станция метро. Комфортный, элегантный номер, прекрасная организация пространства, удобная кровать. В номере есть все необходимое, хотя мне не хватало какого-нибудь стула или табуретки, откидного сиденья- но это не критично.

Cons:

В описании отеля не указано, что завтракать вы будете в кофейне недалеко от отеля, которая открывается в 08,00, а выходные дни и понедельник в 09.00. Если бы я знала об этом при бронировании - я бы завтрак не брала. В номере нет кондиционера, есть вентилятор. Еще за 5 дней не удалось найти утюг в том месте, которое было указано в приложении. Может не стоит писать, что утюг есть?

Excellent room. Poor personal service.
Cons:

The registration app to upload passport ID was atrocious. It took over x30 tries standing outside the hotel entrance door to try and gain access to the building (code).

There needs to be actual staff onsite to support. Not an AI agent on WhatsApp.

Not disability friendly.

Cons:

I had to cancel the breakfast as it was starting from 8am on the local partner, but they reimbursed me immediately.

For future reference, the code of the access for the gym was wrong, but they let me enter to the gym.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE
Pros:

Struttura moderna e ben posizionata per determinati aspetti. Vicino a più Underground che danno la possibilità di spostarti facilmente. Camera pulita e con tutti i confort

Cons:

Camera super piccola e con finestra che non si poteva quasi neanche aprire, per avere un po d’aria bisognava mettere un asciugamano. Bagno davvero piccolo e senza spazio per poter entrare in doccia, una persona più robusta non si sarebbe potuto lavare. Struttura senza recepción con un bolt per assistente
