Die Toilette und das Bad/Dusche, was sehr nah beim Zimmer war, war war sehr klein, diese Toilette war bei meiner Ankunft dreckig. Der Abfluss vom Waschbecken ist leicht verstopft. Die Lüftung ist sehr laut. Die Straße ist sehr laut.

This was by far the worst accommodation experience of my life.
I booked a room with a private bathroom and one large bed through Booking.com. What I received was a completely different room with two single beds and no private bathroom. This is misleading, dishonest, and feels like a complete scam.
The property looks absolutely nothing like the photos on Booking.com. Compare the advertised pictures with the real room and you will struggle to find any resemblance. The place looks more like an old military barracks from 50 years ago than a Room or guesthouse.
There was no air conditioning, no fan, and no refrigerator. The room becomes unbearably hot. The only window has a mosquito screen, but that creates another problem: if you keep the window closed, you feel like you're suffocating from the heat. If you open it, you are exposed to constant traffic noise because the property is located next to a busy highway. Cars pass at high speed every minute, day and night.
To make things worse, the property is close to a hospital, so ambulance sirens can be heard constantly. Getting a good night's sleep here is nearly impossible.
The location is also disappointing. It is about a 25-minute walk from downtown and situated near a river full of mosquitoes. Expect to be bothered by insects whenever the window is open.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. The towels were dirty, the closet was filthy and unusable, and many basic amenities were missing. No TV, no iron, no soap, no shampoo—nothing. They provide the absolute minimum required to avoid calling it homelessness.
The Wi-Fi was awful and barely worked. There are 8 rooms sharing only 3 bathrooms and one additional toilet. Common areas were messy, and guests' belongings were left around for hours.
The most frustrating part was the management. They completely ignored my concerns and kept repeating, "Contact Booking.com.

Das Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Keine Steckdosen am Bett (insgesamt im Zimmer aber sehr viele). Keine Nachtschränke oder Leselampen. Keine Haken für Handtücher, die man ja auch nicht im gemeinsam genutzten Bad hängen lassen kann.

The bathroom was quite small for a common one.

Despite sending all the required documents before check-in, I still had not received the access password by the scheduled check-in time. When I tried to contact the property, communication was quite difficult. I was told that I had not sent the documents, even though they had already been emailed. I was not the only guest experiencing problems—there were at least two other people who also had difficulties checking in. Overall, the self check-in process was poorly managed.

The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness of the hostel. The rooms were extremely dusty, and it was obvious that this was not a temporary issue but a result of long-term neglect. The bathroom was in even worse condition. The handwashing sink was covered with dirt that appeared to have accumulated over a long period of time. I reported the cleanliness issues, but nothing was done during my stay.

The shower area was very small, making it difficult to shower without touching the walls. In addition, the water pressure was very low. The sink was clogged, and the toilet was also extremely cramped. There were two separate bathrooms in the hostel; the second one was larger and seemed to be preferred by most guests.

The beds were also very uncomfortable. They creaked whenever I moved, and I woke up with back pain during my stay. Although I had booked a room with a double bed, what I found was simply two single beds pushed together, which was disappointing and not what I expected.

Communication throughout the stay remained poor. Questions were often answered only the following day, making it difficult to resolve any issues promptly.

I have stayed in many hostels over the years, but it has been a long time since I was this dissatisfied with one. Considering the price, I expected a much better experience. During my four-day stay, I never felt comfortable or truly clean. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
