Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение. Наша комната выходила окнами на улицу и было довольно шумно ночью с открытым окном, но при закрытых окнах шум почти незаметно. Достаточное количество ванных комнат, мы даже не пересекались ч соседями. Кухня хорошо оборудована. Очень лёгкие и чёткие инструкции по заселению

Funktionale saubere moderne Zimmer in Apartment mit geteilten Bädern
Pros:

Sehr sauberes modernes Apartment, 2 (geteilte) Bäder mit Toiletten + 1 getrennte Toilette - Zimmer waren glaube ich nicht ausgebucht, aber es war praktisch immer eines der Bäder frei wenn man es brauchte. 2 kleine Küchenzeilen. Zum Innenhof raus war es mit offenen Fenstern nicht lauter als innerstädtisch zu erwarten, und nicht zu heiß in den warmen Sommernächten. Türcodes (per email geschickt) haben unkompliziert funktioniert. Lage ist in Wohngegend, aber nur wenige Minuten zur nächsten Tram ins Zentrum, man ist auch sofort am Donaukanal zum Spazieren, und nicht weit vom Prater zu Fuß.

Cons:

Die Anreise/Eincheckzeit war vollkommen unflexibel, der Türcode kam genau um 14:00 per email. Nur 1 mittelgroßes Handtuch pro Person.

Pros:

Keypad on outside door had yesterday glitch. Could only enter after 5min wait and entering multiple times the code. Was bit scared since it was 1am my last night almost thought I couldn’t enter… otherwise all great.

Totally okay for clean facilities and a good night sleep.
Pros:

Very clean, seemed new. Very well maintained. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

Cons:

Code entry to main door was tricky. Need to press star button before the code! Buttons get stuck, need patience to repeat.

Cons:

We did not receive the check-in details at 2 PM as promised. We were waiting outside by the door until the owner finally got ready to send them to us. There was no air conditioning, so it was extremely hot. We opened the windows, but there was a huge amount of street noise. There were no toiletries provided in the shower.
