Perfect
Pros:

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 7 days during our trip to Limassol, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great, making it easy to explore Limassol and enjoy the local attractions.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Limassol and would happily return in the future. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

Great Apartment, great location, great parking. Please clean more often
Pros:

Location was great - away from main traffic and tourists and closer to local shops and restaurants used by the locals, which is what we wanted, but still walking distance to the old town, beach etc. Apartment was as expected with usual facilities.

Cons:

I was unaware that the apartment was not getting cleaned during our 8 night stay, even though a cleaning fee is included in our price. I know it is not a hotel but other apartments we have stayed in around the World do clean every few days. I discussed this with the manager who explained the cleaning fee was for cleaning either before or after our stay - which honestly I would expect anyway !. They only clean the apartments every two weeks ! However, he did offer a free clean for our apartment, but this did not actually materialise until the day before we left. better clarity needed on cleaning service as I do not expect to have to pay extra for cleaning which should be in the price.

Это было замечательно! Очень шикарные апарты и классное местоположение! Еще больше меня удивил огромный балкон , он создавал мне настроение

Overall it was great
Pros:

Property is very clean and well put together. Very easy to find.

Cons:

Not so much a massive problem but if you’re some that likes to wake up late there’s a school nearby and you can hear the bell

absolutely unhelpful staff, filthy rooms. disapointed.
Pros:

Instructions were clear, the place is located central and comfortable. the building looks new and should have been adequately presentable inside, which sadly it was not.

Cons:

the hairs left behind by previous guests, the filthy surfaces that were wiped by dirty clothes, the stains on the sofa. the absolute inability to acommodate for a normal cleaning. the balcony doors that would not close properly. the AC that wasn't working normally. the filthy, tiny and uncomfortable pillows.
tried contacting the management team to address the dirty room but got a proposal to DISCOUNT THE CLEANING FEE!!!! secondary cleaning left the hairs, the stains, the blocked shower head, smudged the dirt with filthy clothes and did nothing else when i repeatedly reached out to them.

В Апартаментах ковер на полу был в больших грязных пятнах, не пропылесосен,окна грязные ,в углах комнат лежала пыль , стены местами тоже грязные, постельное белье было мятое, утюг был сожжен, одежду таким гладить точно нельзя, санузлы очень маленьких размеров, разочарованы. на фото выглядело все намного лучше

Unclean Property and Refused Refund
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

The apartment was not cleaned before our arrival. There was trash inside, and the bed sheets had not been changed. The property offered us an alternative accommodation, but it was also not cleaned. As a result, we did not stay at the property at all. Despite this, they refused to provide a refund.

Definitely will consider to rent again when next time in Cyprus
Pros:

The property is new, within a good central location, clean and very well equipped. Plenty of hot water. The balcony is huge with comfortable armchair and a table - excellent for the morning coffee. There are even power adapters!

Cons:

The bathroom in master bedroom is very small.
