Pros:

This hotel is quite convenient, being located right by the train station and surrounded by great dining options. The room itself is comfortable, well-kept, and does the job perfectly.
I really liked having a convenience store right on Level 2 and a dedicated smoking room on the ground floor. A major highlight is Level 2 itself, which connects directly to eating galleries and undercover walkways that lead straight into the railway station and a nearby shopping mall.
It was also the perfect base for catching the train out to Kitahiroshima to watch the Nippon-Ham Fighters play at Escon Field. The transit links made the whole trip easy.
