Pros:

Gostamos de tudo! Uma cama bem confortável, um quarto e banheiro bem limpo e organizado com frigobar. No térreo próximo à recepção duas máquinas de cafés, água e sucos para você se servir a vontade totalmente gratuito 24h. A localização do hotel é muito boa pois fica próximo de vários supermercados, estação de trem e parada de ônibus. E logo à frente do hotel tem um restaurante que funciona de 12:30 às 15:30 que você pode comprar frango assado, bolinho de bacalhau e outras variedades realmente muito prático e gostoso. E no hotel eles não reclamam se levar pratos e talheres para o quarto. Então fica uma boa opção para quem não quer almoçar na rua. Os funcionários todos te deixam à vontade e são bastantes educados e sorridentes. Resumindo parabéns pela recepção e com certeza indico e eu e minha esposa voltaremos a Alicante.

Ich habe meinen Urlaub genossen
Pros:

Mir haben vor allem die sehr gute und leistungsstarke Klimaanlage sowie das geräumige Zimmer gefallen, das sich ideal für zwei Personen eignet. Auch das Shampoo des Hotels hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Die Lage ist besonders praktisch, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. Vom Bahnhof sind es nur etwa 3 Gehminuten bis zum Hotel.

Der Strand ist in ungefähr 18 Gehminuten erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Good location, but disappointing air conditioning.
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located for easy access to central Alicante, which was very convenient for the purpose of our stay. Overall, the hotel was of a good standard.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work properly for the first two nights of our stay. With the scorching summer heat in Alicante, this made our top-floor room extremely hot and uncomfortable, particularly at night. We reported the problem to the front desk several times before it was eventually resolved on our final day. This was the main drawback of our stay and is the reason for our lower overall score.
