Pros:

Prijs -kwaliteit verhouding was heel goed, het was heel schoon, geweldig bed/matras. Heerlijke verduisteringsgordijnen, Goede geluidsisolatie tegen geluid van buiten het gebouw.
Mooi modern pand, super mooie verlichting en aankleding. Goede wifi.
Vlak bij het strand en op dit moment nog , schuin achter het gebouw, gratis parkeren zowel overdag als avond/nacht.
Koelkast, servies en bestek allemaal mooi, schoon en goed.

Cons:

Comminicatie over de locatie alleen on-line cq via whatsapp. De menselijks touch ontbrak. Te veel appjes met info en vragen en (veel) formulieren invullen. Fotos van paspoorten sturen, van je visum etc etc Geen bemande receptie op vrijdag en zaterdag (de dagen dat wij er waren) inchecken via app, deur van de kamer openen elke keer via de app. Dat heeft niet mijn voorkeur. Het is iets te futuristisch wat mij betreft.
Ik begrijp het concept, en de besparing op personeelskosten en misschien is dit de toekomst maar ik hoop dat het nog even duurt voordat dit de norm wordt. (Of ik word gewoon al te oud😀)
In kamer 213 moeten ze nog even kijken naar de airco, als die niet aanstaat, blijft het water "gorgelen". Dat is irritant in de nacht.
En de hal is heel mooi betegeld maar de kieren onder de kamerdeur naar de hal heeft een te grote opening onder de deur, heel fijn voor ventilatie maar door de tegels klinkt alles heel hol en hard in de nacht waardoor je er wakker van wordt.
Ondanks de minpunten wegen de pluspunten vele malen zwaarder en zou ik het aanbevelen.
We zijn al vele jaren te gast in hotels in Israel en dit verblijf komt echt in onze top 3.

Very lovely room in a nice well maintained building.
Pros:

- The room was very lovely and comfortable with practical amenities. it looked exactly like the photos.
- Check in and check out were very easy, even in the middle of the night, thanks to the digital access- no action was required from me.
- The host \manager was very attentive, nice, responded quickly, and resolved issues promptly. She also offered a cleaning service.
- I did not pay for the parking, and I could still find street parking within a reasonable walking distance.

Cons:

- My room faced a busy street. The windows were double- glazed, but some noise still came through. Most of the time, though, it was very minor and bearable.

- The room and its contents were overall clean and well maintained but not perfect:
* There was a small stripe of mold "hidden" behind the sink.
* The bathroom trash bin was broken, so I had to open it by hand instead of using a foot pedal.
* The kettle in my room seemed faulty and raised a safety concern. After I reported it, it was replaced immediately with a working one, which I appreciated. However since the manager seemed to know about previous issues with the circuit breaker tripping in that area, I expected this to be checked earlier.

Pros:

Мы прекрасно отдохнули в этом месте. Максимально удобное заселение. Отличный интернет. Блэкаут шторы для комфортного сна. Удобная кровать, как и вся мебель. В номере есть все необходимое: холодильник, чайник, кофеварка, набор посуды. Всегда на связи для решение ваших вопросов.

Heerlijk verblijf nabij Jaffa / Tel Aviv
Pros:

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Tayo. Hoewel het geen klassiek hotel is, hebben we toch van alle services genoten die je bij een hotel zou hebben. De service van Roza was subliem: we kregen dagelijks een berichtje van haar om te horen of alles in orde was en werden bij elk verzoek onmiddelijk geholpen.

Ook de locatie is top: je bent op wandelafstand van het strand, er is een busstop vlakbij, evenals een supermarkt, gezellige koffie/brunchbar en shoarma-zaak.
