Great location for price.
Pros:

I liked the location and the little pool/outdoor area.

Cons:

I’m familiar with Calle Loiza so I brought my sleep mask with Bluetooth because sometimes it is loud. However I don’t think people remember they’re in a “hotel.” Others staying were loud in common areas like the stairway which go directly to rooms, they’re clunking suitcases on steps, talking loudly, dragging their feet..

Bon emplacement mais nécessite un grand rafraichissement
Pros:

- Très bonne communication avec le personnel qui répond extrêmement vite
- Emplacement au top des plages
- Supermarché ouvert 24h/7jours à proximité
- lit confortable

Cons:

- Chambre très très petite pour une "Studio PLus", j'ai des doutes sur la chambre qui m'a été attribuée
- Très mauvaise connexion internet
- Porte d'entrée du bâtiment cassée et dont la porte peu rester grande ouverte toute la nuit
- Pas très propre et très vêtuste, ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos
- Salle de bain qui fait à peine 2m2
- Piscine petite -pas de surprise - mais étant donnée qu'ouverte 24h/24h, personne pour indiquer aux autres voyageurs de respecter la tranquillité donc on peut être réveillé en plein milieu de la nuit par des gens qui font la fête

Odporne, spinave misto plne plisni, komaru bez uklidu a udrzby. Veskera okna pouze do spolecnych casti budovy (chodba, vnitrni dvorek). Personal bez ochoty / schopnosti cokoliv vyresit.

Wonderful week, hope to stay there again.

Loved the neighborhood and the staff.

The WiFi was spotty and so the TV didn’t work either. They tried to help.

Pros:

The accommodation is nice, the location is fantastic. Ocean Beach (which is amazing) is 5 min walk, a huge 24/7 supermarket is literally across the street, great cafes and restaurants around, many buses stops to Old Town (around 30 min), Condado promenade with even more restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

WiFi can falter from time to time. I missed a table in the room for work and even for (small) eating.

Cons:

I was informed that if we had any additional concerns to please contact the staff information number. We were continually being hung up on. Of all things that hurt us the worst. It was very rude. Would I personally recommend your Apartments by Stay with Bear to my friends? No I would not. Because of that fact. It was like your in there now. Leave us alone. The people around the city treated us way better. If I ever decide to revisit that beautiful island again. I know where I will not book a stay. Everybody has game.

Location was good, but definitely wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Good location, close to downtown.

Cons:

The place was dirty. There were used fingernails and a box of pads underneath our bed.. absolutely disgusting. There was also a LOT of dust. Nobody has truly cleaned that place in a long time. The check in was also a nightmare. Very poor directions and the lady who answered the phone was not very nice or accommodating at all.

La ubicación de la Mona Loaiza es muy buena, con supermercado completo a poca distancia. La cocina es muy útil, y la habitación confortable. El check in y check out muy fáciles de hacer.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente al estar la habitación sobre la vía Loaiza la hace un tanto ruidosa por los autos. Se sugiere reparar las cerraduras de las puertas

Well located but better options out there
Pros:

It was really clean, and very well located

Cons:

They only cleaned my room once in 8 days, was quite small, and not functional. The “kitchenette” was just a microwave and a cooler, not even a chair to sit on if you want a coffee or something. No plates, no cutlery, just glasses. Hot water was going off every now and then. One day I did not have warm water at all and they said will be fixed next day (they never did). Also very noise, exposed to the exterior and the door doesn’t seem very secure. I think for same price or a bit extra you have way better options.

Don’t not rent this property you’ll regret it
Pros:

The only good thing was location

Cons:

I didn’t like anything about this property no elevator for a third floor haul up three flights of stairs, the hotel was not clean I had ants inside in my room, the staff was very unaccommodating to this situation
