One of the best homestays we’ve ever stayed at. The house is beautiful and modern, the rooms are spotless, and you can tell that a lot of love and attention has gone into every little detail.
But the real highlight of this place is definitely Tutu—she is the heart and soul of the homestay. Whether it’s organizing tours, arranging a scooter rental, or giving you amazing last-minute food recommendations, she can do it all. She is always incredibly friendly, full of energy, and genuinely happy to help.
We had such a wonderful experience here and can’t recommend it enough. You absolutely have to stay here if you get the chance!

Tutu and her extended family looked after us beautifully. Our children loved chatting and playing with Icecream and her cousins, who were so polite and courteous. Tutu arranged absolutely everything for us - an awesome tour, transport to/from/around Phong Nha, meals and drinks. The rooms were spotless, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was super tasty and much appreciated (and the rice paper rolls here are by far the best we have had). We were all so sad to leave today and look forward to returning one day.

The polo hotel doesnt exist
Clean, modern and felt like a 5* experience for 1* price. Tu Tu arranged our excursions and gave advice on other local attractions that turned out to the the highlight of our trip. We also had a delicious home cooked meal served on our first night there - highly recommended.
Tutu is lovely and very welcoming. It really does feel like a homestay. Tutu’s husband picked my partner and I up after our bus arrived from Ninh Binh, and Tutu helped to organise a tour, showed us the way to bicycle to the Duck Farm, and arranged a bus to Hoi An when we departed. The facilities are new and very comfortable as well, and very well kept.

TuTu’s is the perfect homestay in Phong Nha. The rooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable and air conditioning new and works very well. The bathroom is large and has ample hot water if needed after swimming all day in the nearby caves and lakes. While the rooms are sparsely furnished, you will find them very comfortable while the pool and large veranda’s have plenty of seats / hammocks to relax in. It is also a family home with the family living downstairs or nearby with home cooked delicious breakfast and dinner meals as you require. The homestay was at the one end of the town, but several times we took a Grab ride for a meal and walked 30 – 40 minutes back in the cool of the evening. Tutu provided plenty of help, information, tour suggestions and in one case organised a rescue when no Grab would come and pick us up. It was the best place we stayed at during our Vietnam holiday and we will return. Thank you for looking after us.
Tutu is amazing! We arrived late at night and she was very accomodating. Organised scooters for us the next day and even gave us a room upgrade with the most amazing views. She is very proactive with booking your buses and organising tours as well.
Tutu was so personable and welcoming, her whole family are truly lovely. The room was an updated style room with a good ensuite, everything was clean and in a good state. We had family dinner with Tutu and some other guests and the food was incredible. Breakfast every morning was delicious as well. Only a short Grab or 1km walk into the main town street. Would recommend Tutu Homestay to anyone!
This was the best place we’ve stayed in the whole of Vietnam. It was exceptionally clean, everything was in good condition, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The thing that really stand out here though is the lovely staff who made us feel very welcome. This is a must stay if you are in Phong Nha.
Freshly renovated or cozy house, very clean. Great food and friendly hosts. Very good memories about Phong Nha thanks to Tutu and her family!
