Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

All in-house guests can enjoy our complimentary shuttle service to the following hospitals:
• Loh Guan Lye Hospital
• Adventist Hospital
• Island Hospital
• Northern Hospital
• Gleneagles Hospital

Shuttle Schedule
• Service Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
• Last Shuttle Service to Hospital : 10:30am
* Final Shuttle Shuttle : 11:00am drop-off at Gurney Plaza

To take advantage of this service, kindly register at the front desk. Please note that seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Maintenance work of the Vouk Hotel Suites, Penang will be carried out from 09:00 to 18:30.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

The cleanliness and view

Cons:

The management should check tht toilets for water leaks. The soundproofing of the room was lousy. The carpet on the floor needs changing. Shortage of staffs.

Pros:

The breakfast not that excellent, please improve the quality of food, use good quality of enchovy for your nasi lemak. And the Sambal also not that good. If you improve all these; I believe the quality of your hotel will be much better

Nice place to staycation.
Pros:

The bed is comfortable. The area is big for two people to stay. Im take the double bed deluxe but still get space for two people.

Overall we enjoy the stay and worth for money.
Pros:

Location is convenient and pool are nice & clean.

Cons:

Breakfast quality can be improve for more add value especially for the pasta.
Apparently, staffs are nice and reception girls is helpful.
