Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

All in-house guests can enjoy our complimentary shuttle service to the following hospitals:
• Loh Guan Lye Hospital
• Adventist Hospital
• Island Hospital
• Northern Hospital
• Gleneagles Hospital

Shuttle Schedule
• Service Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
• Last Shuttle Service to Hospital : 10:30am

Pros:

Overall experience was good but the value not tally with what others 4 Star Hotels.
The parking lot was open area, no basement/roof parking, the swimming pool is mall in size, and room facilities like aging especially the WiFi and TV , poor connection on WiFi and TV keep unable to seen, poor signal antena receiver.

Cons:

car park - no basement or multilevel carpark, very troublesome during raining time , the room facilities was poor, especially WIfi connection unable and television keep unable to connection , cleanliness was overall acceptable, swimming pool was small

There was one gentleman in the lobby who was quite helpful during the day who made the stay greater!
Pros:

The wheelchair access allows those with walking difficulties to get to the lobby more easily than the entrance steps.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the wheelchair access ramp is not signed, and its presence is not evident to those arriving at night. There was also no porter or bellboy available to offload luggage from the vehicle or assist with the room. Bags to the room was accomplished by one of the desk personnel, who did a great job and was quite helpful. In the room, the desk chair was very uncomfortable. When requesting a replacement chair and an additional chair for two guests, the additional chair was a hassock or footstool. No replacement was made. For a business traveler spending hours in front of a computer, this is not good.

Pros:

The location was convenient for me.

Cons:

I stayed on the 8th floor. The doors of all the adjacent rooms are closed very loudly.

The water in my shower area does not recede fast because the outlet, I believe was clogged. The cleaners should ensure that hairs are cleared.

It was ok value for money but the hotel was dated and the breakfast included was not good. The staff were amazing though
Pros:

The room and bathroom were good size. The spa worked well and the staff were great.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good. After being asked to have breakfast at 9:30 due to being busy almost all the food I wanted to eat was gone or just scraps left.
