Friendly staff who couldn’t help us enough and a great location !
Pros:

The property was in a good location for the view and easily accessible with a car.

Cordialità staff, pulizia della camera e hotel. Buffet colazione ricco, possibilità di pranzare e cenare: abbiamo cenato con pizze ottime.

Miejsce godne polecenia! W obiekcie było bardzo czysto, a obsługa okazała się niezwykle miła i pomocna. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i pięknie podane. Jedynym drobnym minusem był brak klimatyzacji, ale wspaniałe widoki z okna z nawiązką to rekompensowały. Z chęcią wrócimy tu ponownie!

Pros:

The location is amazing. Lake is literally in front of the hotel. There is also a restaurant where they serve affordable and nice pizza.

Cons:

The room that we booked had a partial lake view not like in the picture and when I mentioned that the lady in the reception got annoyed instead of helping/apologizing or finding a solution. In the end I am just asking what I paid for.
The next that I mentioned that to another lady in the reception and just acknowledged the situation and apologized. She also helped us to navigate our time in the lake, so all worked out.
