Das recepcionistas , os atendentes do refeitório, as funcionárias da limpeza sempre prestativas.

Cons:

As acomodações poderiam ser melhores, quarto sem janela, dificuldade para abrir e fechar a porta com a chave do quarto. Não tinha frigobar, pois pelo que se cobrou do quarto o mínimo deveria ter um frigobar, para manter bebidas ao menos frias pois a cidade é quente.

HORRIBLE, DISTGUSTING,MASTY NOT WORTH PAYING TO STAY
Pros:

The hotel is NOTHING like show on Booking.com. The room is dirty, masty,, smells horrible, bathroom is disgusting no hot water, no toiletries, dirty bath towel, bed has stain on sheets, matter, and ants crawling on floor, mosquito flies all night. Other parents on next room has a young kids running on the hallways and dropping things at 1am . Do not stay there if you're on a vacation. I check in at 12:30 midnight and leave at 5AM as soon the sun is up. I DID NOT SLEEP ON THE BED I SEAT ON THE EDGE OF THE BED TO WAIT TO LEAVE.

CLEAN ROOM, CLEAN BED,CLEAN TOWEL, CLEAN BATHROOM . Then when i leave the front desk lady curse me in Spanish

Pros:

The place (the establishment) is okay, the name says it all! Hotel MedICAL Cartagena. The hotel is situated close to downtown next to a medical center and a hospital, that's where the name comes from. It was a last minute booking and I had very few options budget-wise left. It was cheap, breakfast, after the trip completion, was almost the same everywhere I stayed in Colombia; scrambled eggs with the choice of ham or veggies, accompanied with fruit, juice and coffee. Yet in the hotel is a safe place with friendly and helpful personnel.

Cons:

Hotel was in a run down neighborhood. From the uber driver to the night receptionist recommendations, this isnt a safe location to wonder and walk around after sunset. It is a run down neighborhood full of car garages/repair stations from tire/brake shops to dealerships. After the sunset lots of drug addicts and alcoholics and I dont know how to call them, they surface. The hotel needs maintenance, running water in the bathroom faucet was dripping, both faucet and shower were clogged. Janitor took care of them, though the day after shower was clogged again! BUT THERE IS NO HOT WATER!!!

Desayuno bien nada especial. Ubicación bastante cerca del centro sin embargo se mira un poco peligroso la zona / el personal es muy amable y te ayuda a solucionar algún inconveniente.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación, no tiene aire acondicionado y está extremadamente caliente, el agua de las duchas sale extremadamente caliente no tiene regulador, las habitaciones están bastante sencillas. En relación al precio hay mejores opciones termine pagando 340mil pesos por dos noches y con ese dinero se consiguen mucho mejores opciones, aparte no había manera de pagar en tarjeta sino solo efectivo.
