Clean, quiet and comfortable - would stay again!
Pros:

Clean, comfy and spacious room (mine had 2 air conditioners!) and lovely staff. There’s a lift for your luggage. Would happily stay here again!

Cons:

It’s a 20-30 minute walk to the good area of Ekkamai, but they offer a free shuttle all day until 9pm.

Very close to Ekkamai's amazing good locations ... try Phet Mark reataurant for their famous Kra Paw ... order two duck eggs to pimp up the flavour.

it was okay for short stay

The staff are very kind and helpful, and their friendliness makes the place feel nicer than it actually is.

Cons:

the photos don’t truly reflect the real condition of the property — this is a budget accommodation that would benefit from renovation. The furniture is old, worn, and scratched, and everything feels like it has needed renovation for a long time.

Die Lage ist ziemlich abseits
Zwar bis zum nächsten 7/11 sind es ungefähr 8 Minuten würde ich schätzen aber das sollte kein Problem sein. Nur erreicht man nichts anderes ohne Transportmittel zu nutzen außer man hat Lust etwas länger zu gehen. In der hot season nicht zu empfehlen und außerdem konnte das Fenster im Bad nicht geschlossen werden und es war ziemlich unsauber.
Ausstattung auch nicht so super (unsauber)

Pros:

The rooms were spacious, and water bottles were provided for free. Staff were helpful when asked for help.

Cons:

The shower temperature was not good. Either it was hot or cold. No way of making it like warm.
