Please note that Remisens Casa Bel Moretto is the annexe building of Remisens Hotel Metropol. The 24-hour front desk is located at Remisens Hotel Metropol, where breakfast and dinner are served according to the booked meal plan.

Parking is subject to availability due to the limited number of spaces. If available, parking is free of charge in March, April and November. From 1 May to 31 October, parking is available at an additional cost of EUR 25.00 per vehicle per day. Guests are kindly requested to contact the reception before entering the garage to check the parking availability.

Guests have complimentary access to the wellness and spa facilities at Remisens Hotel Metropol, subject to availability.

Use of the Metropol Pool Lounge is included in the stay and is subject to availability. The Metropol Pool Lounge is open seasonally from May 31 to September 14, in according with its operating hours, and may be closed in case of bad weather. Deckchairs and sun umbrellas are subject to availability.

Tolles sauberes Zimmer in einer perfekten Lage!! Super nettes Personal im Haupthotel wie auch Reinigungspersonal in den Nebengebäuden! Unglaublich umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Der Pool am Meer ist perfekt 🤩 die Bar natürlich auch 😜

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung der Gehwege (zum Pool /Strand) könnte man etwas heller gestalten, aber Handy mit Taschenlampenfunktion hat heut zu Tage wohl fast jeder😬Der Pool direkt im Hotel könnte ein kleines make over vertragen🤷🏼‍♀️ trotz allem sehr empfehlenswert

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Portorož, das nur etwa zehn Busminuten von Piran entfernt liegt. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich der Strand, inklusive Hundestrand – ideal für Hundebesitzer. Der Einstieg ins Meer ist angenehm und der Strand lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight: sehr abwechslungsreich, reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack ist mehr als genug dabei.

Cons:

Parkplätze gibt es gleich nebenan, diese kosten allerdings 25 € pro Tag

Excellent location, comfortable stay
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean room with a large bathroom, a nice balcony, and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent—within a 5-minute walk you can reach the city center, cafés, bars, restaurants, and shops. There is also a large casino right next to the hotel. Breakfast was varied and satisfying, although I expected a little more considering the hotel's category.

Cons:

We experienced a water leak in our room on arrival, but the technical staff fixed it immediately. There is only one reception in the main building next to the casino, so guests staying in the other buildings may need to walk up to five minutes to reach it.

The pool area could be better maintained. The stainless-steel pool ladder was very slippery and did not feel safe. I almost slipped while using it, although there are also regular steps available to enter and exit the pool. The second day there were no pool towels available until we informed the manager. The staff responded quickly and resolved the issue.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and the staff were polite and helpful whenever assistance was needed.

Semmi. Semmi sem az,aminek tűnik képek alapján. Rozsdás,koszos,ideje múlt,látott jobb napokat a hely,gondolom 20-30 éve,de azóta csak pusztul.

Cons:

Egy napot sem tudtunk ott eltölteni,mivel olyan kiábrándító volt a valóság a képekhez képest. Parkolni egy kivilágítatlan sittel borított udvarban lehetett,ahonnan egy sötét úton,rozsdás korlátokkal szegélyezve jutottunk a mellekepuletbe,ahol a szobank volt. Az epulet ajtajat epp ket turista probalta kifesziteni,mivel a fotocella nem mukodott. A szobában a zuhanyzó üvegfala kidőlve,zihanyrózsa koszos,smink tükör letörve,függöny leszakadva,az már csak hab volt a tortán,hogy az éjjeli szekrényen egy korábbi vendég hajgumija volt. Az étteremben minden étel mintha 3napja készült volna,semmi vega opció a fonnyadt salátákon és a csupaszálka tonhal falatkan kívül, végül egy barna banán jutott,hogy ne haljak éhen. Koktélba jeget kérni nem tudsz,elromlott a jéggép,cserébe minden drága. Egy ejszakat csupan azert toltottunk el,hogy màsnap tudjunk beszélni valakivel,aki a reklamációkat kezeli,cserébe azt az éjszakát is felszámolták. Lehúzás,átverés,szégyen,hogy ennyi pénzért ilyen szinvonalon tud bármi működni.

Portoroz hat leider keine klassische Altstadt, aber mit dem Bus erreicht man Piran sehr gut.
Pros:

Wenn man das Abendessen nicht vorher gebucht hat, aber dann doch möchte, kostet es 35 Euro pro Person, finde ich zu teuer !

Cons:

Der Weg vom Haus Casa Moretto zum Hotel Metropol, wo der Speisesaal ist, ist sehr desolat, sehr viele Fliesen sind kaputt und liegen teilweise lose herum, Sturzgefahr !!!
An einem Tag wurde keine Zimmerreinigung durchgeführt, erst nach der Aufforderung wenigstens frische Handtücher zu bringen,sind welche gebracht worden ! Parkplatz pro Tag, je nach Verfügbarkeit und Lage 18, 20, bzw. 25 Euro, zu teuer !
