Please note that Remisens Casa Bel Moretto is the annexe building of Remisens Hotel Metropol. The 24-hour front desk is located at Remisens Hotel Metropol, where breakfast and dinner are served according to the booked meal plan.

Parking is subject to availability due to the limited number of spaces. If available, parking is free of charge in March, April and November. From 1 May to 31 October, parking is available at an additional cost of EUR 25.00 per vehicle per day. Guests are kindly requested to contact the reception before entering the garage to check the parking availability.

Guests have complimentary access to the wellness and spa facilities at Remisens Hotel Metropol, subject to availability.

Use of the Metropol Pool Lounge is included in the stay and is subject to availability. The Metropol Pool Lounge is open seasonally from May 31 to September 14, in according with its operating hours, and may be closed in case of bad weather. Deckchairs and sun umbrellas are subject to availability.

Huone ei vastannut bookingin kuvausta. Hotellimme sijaitsi päähotellin takana.Aamupala ja uima-allas eri hotellissa missä yövyimme. Parkkipaikka oli surkea, auto piti jättää hotellin ahtaaseen takapihalle ja maksoi 20/vrk.Opasteet parkkeeraamiseen olisivat voinut olla paremmat ensikertalaiselle.Sisä uima-altaassa suolinen vesi.

Jedynym plusem byly smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania, ale w sąsiednim budynku Metropol.

Cons:

Brodzik nieszczelny, woda wylewała się na całą łazienkę. Pokój brudny, zagrzybiony, przez 5 dni nie zamieciono nawet podlogi, nie uzipelniono mydła. Jedynie wymieniano ręczniki i przecierano lustro w łazience. Zacieki na ścianach, na opadajacym suficie w łazience. Nigdy więcej. Nie pokecam nikomu.

Un hotel con muchos servicios y un desayuno excelente.
Pros:

El hotel correspondía a las descripciones y fotos de booking. Bien situado y con muchos servicios. La limpieza era correcta y el hotel estaba en un sitio tranquilo. El desayuno espectacular. Uno de nuestros mejores desayunos. Estábamos en el edificio anexo y cuando leímos los problemas para llegar hasta allí decidimos hacer parar al taxi en el edificio central donde está la recepción, hacer el check-in y luego que nos llevase hasta las habitaciones y fue una estupenda idea porque aunque no hay mucha distancia, hay que subir una cuesta considerablemente empinada y encima con malestas. La otra opción es subir por un tramo de escaleras también empinadas.
A la mañana siguiente descubrimos, por pura casualidad, que hay un atajo para llegar al Anexo. Enfrente de la salida del hotel, donde está la sala de desayuno y demás servicios, se cruza la carretera y se mete uno por un caminito que te lleva al edificio en tan solo dos o tres minutos. En recepción al llegar te dicen que en 2' llegas pero no te dan ninguna explicación.

Cons:

Creo que el hotel debería informar adecuadamente de cómo llegar al edificio Anexo, bien andando o bien en coche y facilitar un plano. Creo que tienen suficientes quejas como para haberse dado cuenta que los clientes que llegan no encuentran con facilidad el camino y en recepción tampoco ayudan.

A prendre en compte qu'il s'agit de la dépendance de l'hotel et que donc les services principaux (restaurant, piscine, réception,..) se trouvent dans l'hotel princial mais ce n'est vraiment pas loin (2 min à pieds)

Cons:

Ne soyez pas surpris si vous arrivés par le parking de la dépendance, il n'est pas très accuaillant.

Sensationelle Location - kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage und der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt sind einzigartig. Der Sonnenuntergang ist atemberaubend. Nur wenige Minuten erreicht man das Meer, auch dort ist alles angenehm und sauber. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Mir wurde ein Gericht (auf eigenen Wunsch ohne Speck) zu meinem Platz vom Koch höchstpersönlich gebracht. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen sind exzellent und absolut vielfältig - lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Früchtebar bleibt lange in Erinnerung.
Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Außenbeleuchtung vom Meer zum Hotel könnte verbessert werden.

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, sehr großes Frühstücksbuffett, große saubere Zimmer. Tolle Lage.

Cons:

Das Hotel und die Nebenhotels sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen renovierungs bedürftig,. hauptsächlichen die Wege zwischen den Hotels, da sind die Fließen los und so eine Gefahr. Die Beleuchtung der Wege könnte auch etwas besser sein. Die Parkplatzgebühren sind auch sehr hoch mit 20€ pro Tag und das Auto steht im freien.

We had plenty of space in two joined rooms. It was easy to get to the beach and the promenade. There were large outdoor and indoor pools. The included breakfast and dinner were fantastic, especially the dinner, I would say luxury, with lots of choice between things like whole fish, steak, grilled chicken, pork chops, seafood risotto, fruits, desserts. Each time I had to force myself to stop.

Cons:

The staff didn't inform us about available facilities, for instance about the separate large swimming pool or animation activities for kids, although we asked. We discovered ourselves, eventually. There was a problem at the dinner, that absolutely no drinks were available for free, we had to order, drinks were small and very expensive. Basically 5 euro per person we had to spend at each dinner, or more if thirsty.
