The property is immaculate and has all the essentials needed to feel like you are living in luxury.

Cons:

There’s no washer dryer combo like some of the other places we’ve stayed. Not a show stopper, but would have been nice.

Great location, comfortable beds, great breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was good, varied enough and tasty. Location is great, literally at the Interlaken West train station. Loads of food options around, including an Italian restaurant next door which had very good pasta and pizza.

Cons:

Room is a little bit small, was dusty especially the coffee machine. Toilet was not well-ventilated.

Pros:

Didn't try the breakfast. The location is excellent for the Interlaken West train station, but it's not the main station (Ost) - so any trains leaving from Ost need a change, and Ost trains go through every 30 minutes. Very nice flat, but can get stuffy during high heat periods since there's no AC. View is excellent and has a very nice terrace and huge windows to enjoy it with.

Cons:

They charged a $300 bond deposit. We did not know about this and we won’t get our money back for 10 days. We find this unacceptable. We would be find with a holding amount but not processed as is the norm in Australia. Why were we not informed?

Cons:

Amazingly HOT. With only two oscillating fans for the two bedroom apartment along with every window & door open to create any sort of cross breeze, it was still insufficient to cool the temp even by a degree.
