Pros:

Konumu ve kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Odaları ve yatakları rahattı konforlu bir oteldi.

Cons:

Çıkarken City Tax ödemesi yapmamızı istediler. Onu ödedik ama otel seçerken vergi dahil diye belirtmişlerdi. Booking'teki diğer otellerde ekstra vergi alınacağı yazıyor. Otelin açıklama kısmına bunun eklemesi gerektiği düşünüyoruz.

Easy access to trains but make sure you don’t get what the hotel calls a family room.
Pros:

Location to train station and an easy walk into town. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay.

Cons:

The Family room was rm 102. No fridge in the room and Aircon that could not be turned down made conditions for 5 days unbearably warm. We had to open the doors to cool the room down and leave anything we wanted cooled outside the door to the courtyard.. Also the beds were hard and pillows way too soft. 12 months prior we had booked a Junior suite through Booking.Com. Our room faced a blank pebble courtyard and into other peoples rooms. We thought we were getting an upper floor with a view. In the 12 months the hotel changed the room names from junior suite to family room but no facilities to warrant the name. I would book direct with the hotel instead of through Booking.com to make sure you know wgphat your getting for your money.

Cons:

The property was being advertised by booking.com for around £550 cheaper for exactly same room and breakfast deal but refused to price match so we booked in advance and lost £550 even though we have used this company loyal for over 10 years ... so will be wary in the future
