Lovely hotel
Pros:

Felt like a holiday resort, clean, everything you need

Cons:

No aircon in the bedrooms, but it’s quite bewildered around the property (which is lovely btw) but means leaving the window open invites all kinds of bugs into the room

Pros:

Comfortable bed.
On request, they gave us an accessible room.
Staff.
Car parking.
EV chargers.

Cons:

It's definitely not worth £130 for the night.
We paid for a double room with half board and a parking space.

DINNER, supposed to be a buffet. However, you are only served once. It's not a great selection of food. There was a hot section the choices were Pea Soup, Chicken thighs, Spinach and Chick Pea curry (was very nice).
Salad bar had mixed leaf salad, sweetcorn, pickled cabbage, olives, coleslaw, grated cheese, quartered tomatoes, cucumber. The desert selection was lemon meringue pie, chocolate cake, and fresh fruit salad that was in very sweet syrup.

BREAKFAST - insipid looking sausages, bacon, hash browns, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, and rubbery fried eggs, most empty plates going back had the eggs left on them. I asked if the had scrambled, answer was "No". There was a selection of cereals (including gluten free), bread/toast, mini croisants, Danish pastry, forest fruit salad, selection of fresh fruit, bowls of yoghurt. Machines with weak apple juice & orange juice, coffee machine, tea making facilities, and container of water. I would have had cereal with yoghurt. However, didn't find the yoghurt, it was with the fruit at the opposite end of the serving area.
I wouldn't call this a restaurant, but a canteen.

Nothing wrong with the staff here, all very helpful & friendly.

I usually stay at Travelodge or Premier Inn when travelling in the UK.

I'm afraid I wouldn't stay here again. Sounds better than it is.
