Quiet place with enough space to walk around, swim, spa, gym all under one .Nice buffet
Nothing really
The breakfast they provide is excellent and they have taken the care and time to cater for dietary needs including gluten free options for coeliacs. Very good and good quality too.
Purely that we booked as a group but our rooms were put very far from each other
very convient loation.
lifts constantly not working.
Lack of air conditioning on very hot days. Lack of food available after the buffet shuts, and that we were not able to order in and eat in communal areas even when there was no food available, 4 of us ended up stood up in one persons bedroom eating pizza off a box on their bed, not very pleasant.
Spacious facility on two floors. Upstairs large lounge with three TVs and free pool tables. Downstairs is large restaurant area. Garden area outside. Building immediately opposite is sports centre with free to use gym, swim, sauna and steam room. Various racket sports in sports hall at £15/hrs.
Room was on the small side
Plenty of parking and the breakfast was great.
Finding your room can be a bit daunting as it's so big.
Room was better than expected, but 2 windows opening would be a bonus. Breakfast was better than expected but gets a bit familiar after a week. Parking adjacent to the centre is a bonus when carrying more than 1 bag
Some of the students are a bit loud coming in at 0100hrs and beyond plus the gym and swimming pool seems to be a known venue to most of the northern hemisphere - very busy!
Breakfast was great and staff where lovely, the pool was Lovley too
The rooms where slightly out dated but clean
We were there for a conference so the rates were pretty good. Rooms were comfortable and the included meals were a decent quality. Parking and leisure facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the gym and pool.
We had to revise our booking owing to illness, but the Hotel were not willing to consider any changes to the arrangements.
Great loacation quote and being able to use the fitness centre next door was a bonus
Good room comfortable bed
Good breakfast
Good staff
Access to pool steam room gym
Should be provided a small fridge in the room
Although we rented three rooms, our stay was very unpleasant because there was a very large religious group staying at the hotel. Around 1:00 a.m. they were making a lot of noise in the hallways, constantly slamming doors, and the disturbance continued for most of the night. Early the next morning, the noise started again.
When I wanted to have breakfast at the restaurant, I was told that everything was reserved, so I was unable to have breakfast even though I was a hotel guest.
The noise throughout the corridors was unbearable, and unfortunately it had a significant negative impact on our stay.
