Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Una buona struttura, abbastanza pulita, piscina carinissima, fuori altrettanto. La stanza é dotata di un mini frigo, armadio, letto matrimoniale e uno singolo (noi abbiamo preso la doppia, il letto singolo utile per le valigie), una scrivania con due sedie. Il bagno aveva la doccia senza tenda quindi si bagnava tutto ma quasi ovunque sono così. Il lungomare di durazzo dista 10/15 min a piedi e dall’aeroporto senza traffico sono 30 minuti. Personale davvero gentile, come se fossi a casa, carinissimi, pronti ad ascoltare e aiutate per qualsiasi cosa. Diciamo che per il rapporto qualità prezzo va benissimo.

Cons:

Il bagno era fuori la stanza, anche se privato, c’era una stanza vicino a noi che l’aveva dentro, non so le altre come sono, un po’ scomodo ma chiudevamo a chiave. C’era una sola presa in tutta la stanza e zero al bagno, abbiamo chiesto la doppia spina e ce l’hanno data. Il climatizzatore era rotto ma ci ha spiegato che era la prima volta che succedeva quindi non saprei.

Καθαρά δωμάτια , φιλικοι και φιλοξενοι ιδιοκτητες. τίμιο για τα λεφτα του. η πισινα δεν ειναι μεγαλη αλλα την επιβραβεύει ο καταρακτι που εχει.

Pros:

See apartment-külalistemaja on neile, kes ei armasta suuri ketihotelle, vaid hindavad pereärisid. Hotell on armas, puhas, mugav. Suureks lisaväärtuseks on bassein. Super sõbralik ja abivalmis perekond.

Cons:

Vannitoas võiks olla dušikardin.

Świetne miejsce dla każdego kto chce odpocząć!
Pros:

Bardzo mili właściciele, pokoje czyste. Miejsce spokojne, bez zgiełku miasta. Blisko sklep. Do morza spacerkiem. Możliwość przygotowania posiłków. Basen zadbany, woda filtrowana i chlorowana. Z przyjemnością korzystaliśmy z tego basenu. Polecam serdecznie!

Расположение довольно близко к пляжу, по дороге много магазинов

Cons:

Во первых было заявлено кондиционер, по факту было маленькая лампа со встроенным вентилятором, от которого толку ноль, при температуре 37 на улице - спать не возможно. Персонал не общается на заявленных языках, встретил приветливый дедушка общаясь только на албанском или немецком. Информация выложена на букинге не соответствует действительности ( личная сушилка, кухня и ид, электрочайник) косметические принадлежности так же отсутствовали. В комнате на 4 человека дали только 3 полотенца и 1 рулон туалетной бумаги. Уборка номера не производилась вообще. Стиральной машины нет даже общей, в номере даже нет мусорного ведра, все носить на улицу надо. Главная реклама это бассейн, по факто заявили что пользоваться можно только час утром и чес вечером, пользовавшись в обед пригрозили выселением. Бассейн 3 на 3 метра, дно грязное. Что не мало важно это персонал вечно следит за тобой и за всеми твоими действиями с презрительным взглядом. В унитаз выходит какой-то слив с труб, на который можно напороться. В номере постоянно маленькие рыжие муравьи, оставить какие-то продукты вне холодильника невозможно. В общем за эти деньги - не советую

Se lo scegliete per la piscina sappiate che non si puo usate havun fondale sporchissimo

1 la piscina non era privata ma di tutti era sporca non si puo ‘utilizzare
2 il bagno in comune era pulito e moderno io ho preso una tripla il bagno era stretto vecchio e non esiste la doccia avevi una doccetta attaccata al lavandino e ti allagavi tutto pero aveva un buco e con la scopa riuscivi ad asciugare
3 staccano di proposito il contatore continuamente nonostante mi fossi lamentata che avessi medicine nel frigo
La posizione non è male ma io ho preferito spostarmi con l auto perché la strada era isolata piena di cani e di persone per mio conto poco affidabili .

For wallet friendly option, this is the best place you can find.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was kind, the lady even washed our clothes when it was requested. The pool is great, perfect place to cool down after a long day. The beach was a 10 minute walk away. Furthermore, there are plenty shops, pastries and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The showers don’t have any curtains or something like that, so when you shower you flood the whole bathroom. Also, the towels was a bit dirty.
